The only 3 I really care about are Capella, TFA/TPA and FlavourArt and you can't regulate flavor makers since their main business is food flavorings.

DIY products can't be deemed tobacco products, what are you going to ban... food flavorings? PG? VG? All these items have other purposes that were there long before vaping existed. The only product that will likely get regulated is nicotine and the black market for that will be huge, not to mention it's easy to store. Not now. They will be if they are deemed a tobacco product. If you're not worried
about it,then why all the flashlight commentary? Simply build a unregulated mod.
People think the black market will take the place of many of our needs. Some
also think the OMB will kick back the deeming regs to the FDA for this reason
and others. Well this reason and others all get trumped by the safety factor
in general and the chillin' specifically.
I think you can agree that the FDA is trying a new approach to regulations
as evidenced by the draconian approach they have concerning e-cigarettes.
As any bureaucracy the FDA is seeking expansion and greater reach and
control. Deeming is a start of a new paradigm for them along with the
National and multiNational companies that are regulated by the FDA
for any reason. I believe if the FDA gets what they and the other stakeholders
want out of this it will not only decimate the vaping industry but,lay out the
roadmap for future conquests. Top to bottom control from origin to your home
of everything the FDA has jurisdiction over eventually.
I personally think the FDA with the acquiescence of the real stakeholders
intends to mess us up. There is an acronym for what I want to say but,
I believe it's against forum rules.

The FDa may not be able to regulate any stand alone product but, most certainly can regulate prescribedDIY products can't be deemed tobacco products, what are you going to ban... food flavorings? PG? I have no delusions of the power the FDA and the government in general can wieldDude, you clearly don't understand this at all, or even what the FDA is.
You have wild delusions of their power. .That's sad.
?? How does that relate to Johnson CreekThe only 3 I really care about are Capella, TFA/TPA and FlavourArt and you can't regulate flavor makers since their main business is food flavorings.
Hey, as long as he has his phone and a pen......Barrak Hussain Obamma could decide to act and have vape gear disappear![]()

usage of the product.
I have no delusions of the power the FDA and the government in general can wield
if they so choose to do so. You underestimate the power and reach the FDA and
government in general all ready have and the extension of power that will be granted
in future regulation. Look what they did with the drones. Simple zoning ordinances are
sufficient to handle the issue. Many municipalities already have them. Now its a home
land security issue and registration is required.

Loretta Lynch?No.
This is how our government works.
It's the law.
I won't get Into partisan politics, but anyone that cracked a book in school should know how our government works.
Yes some departments act outside the letter of the law until they get caught and eventually they all do (Example: the State Dept strangely never appointed an IG during this current administration. The IG looks for improprieties and misuse of funds and authority).
But no, a president cannot overstep his authority and "make a law".
Public apathy and a failure in the educational system is why this was allowed to happen in the first place.
I leared how my government works in the 8th grade. We had "American Goverment" class. It was a requirement.
Fixed that for you.You weretaughtindoctrinated to believe this in high school.
Is a zip gun exempt from BATF regulation? After all i made it & it's not for sale..Where in the regulations does it say possession of a device is illegal?
(It doesn't because the FDA doesn't have that authority).
I do not sell e cigs.
The regulations do not apply to my personal use of a device.
Did you bother read the link I posted?
Obviously not.
Fixed that for you.
FedGov does what FedGov wants; the plain words of the Constitution have been interpreted to null and void so often and in so many ways that it is all but irrelevant.

Your 1 liter bottle takes up room like a liter bottle of soda. Buy one or two and throw them in your freezer you have now to verify space.I've read some of the links, and tried understanding what is going on with the proposed legislation.
Basically, am i going to have to start DIY'ing? Because, honestly, i really don't want to go there. I'm leery of buying litres of anything, not to mention having to buy an extra freezer. Will i not be able to just buy any juice? Or is the US just proposing to tax the juice.
Or will i have to just buy vg at Wally World, and vape on that while i chomp on Nicotrol? I am really confused. And even my cats won't come anywhere near what passes for 'cooking' @ my house. Please advise![]()
Without a serial number I'm subject to federal prosecution, if i add a serial number I'm an unregistered manufacturer..( I think you are smarter than this but I'll Play along)
If you cast a vote, you know better.
If you don't, you obviously don't
want to be heard.
It's cool, just sit back and leave the heavy lifting to the big boys.
1. It's not regulated by the FDA.
It's regulated by congressional law.
But the short answer is: yes you can legally make a gun as long as you don't sell it or give it away.
1 cubic foot = 28.3 liters. Now you can't really put 28 liters of liquid in round bottles in a a 1 cubic foot freezer, but still. A few liters does not take up much space.Your 1 liter bottle takes up room like a liter bottle of soda. Buy one or two and throw them in your freezer you have now to verify space.![]()
Like this?No need to buy an extra freezer just for that. Although just for giggles it would be nice to see a small one just for juice.![]()

My consumption has been pretty steady well over a year now. I have no desire to reduce it either. I'm good into my 80's now, but will continue to buy more as long as high quality product remains affordable. Even if it remains available indefinitely (which I consider unlikely), I'm quite confident it will end up taxed out the wazoo at some point.Well, I am hoping that a person would only need around 6 liters of 100 mg to last them. At my rate of vaping now, 1 liter will last me four and a half years. I have noticed over time my consumption is dropping and theoretically should last even longer. Aww craaaaaap. That only puts me at 63 years young....
Is that a question?Think I should buy another 6 liters for a total of 12![]()
My kind of freezer!!..1 cubic foot = 28.3 liters. Now you can't really put 28 liters of liquid in round bottles in a a 1 cubic foot freezer, but still. A few liters does not take up much space.
