Alright, so I've had my 60w SXK TC Flask for a couple weeks now. Tested it with Ti01 and SS316. I found it really inconsistent with Ti01 coils as it took a lot of fidgeting to find a sweet spot with the NPR and temp. Had to play around with the NPR a lot to get it to hit right, cause temp protection was triggering with a wet wick when it shouldn't have. I was getting harsh pulls due to hot legs legs in my coils, damnit Titanium. You have to really wrap your coils tight as Ti01 is really springy. I found the best performance from 0.2ohm Ti01 dual 26g coils, NPR at 39 at 400-450 degrees. At the temp limit/dry wick, the thing likes to pulse every second to maintain the temperature.
It was much simpler with stainless steel. Firstly, its as easy to work with as kanthal, if not easier. Its much less springy and I was able to use thicker wires to build my coils. The first build was 0.2 dual coils with 24g SS316. Set the NPR to 10,temp at 400 and it vaped great right off the bat. Really, stainless steel is the way to go.
The chip is holding up, there is no low battery warning as I vaped all the way down to 3.2V before noticing a drop off in vape quality. The rubber finish is chipping in some places cause I carry it around in my backpack. When it starts to get bad, I'm gonna Plastidip the thing!
