Is anyone else using the LG HE2 in their flask? Mine have a very snug fit and they require being pushed down into the device which has scuffed the wrappers. I have some replacement wrappers and am considering trying to rewrap these batteries to see if they will fit any better since the replacement wrappers I have are a different material and thickness.

Batteries that fit the Vapor Flask video courtesy of moi. Hope this is helpful.

While helpful I don't think everyone should take this as gospel. My lg's absolutely do not go in that easily. I'd say they take more nudging than the Samsung in that video. This is assuming my LG's are not fakes, but I have no reason to think that.
I have some VTC 5's too, which have the additional little label on them, like the Samsungs in the video, and they would not fit unless I removed that sticker.
I have the black VF, I'm not sure if the anodizing adds any thickness.

I've been using them. They fit snug but do fit. One side gets a little hung up but a firm shake releases it. Haven't noticed any damage to the wrapper (yet?).

I'm going to take a closer look tonight. They drop like halfway in and then get hung up. I thought when I was looking into the battery holes yesterday I noticed a plastic slide that began around the halfway point. I wonder if that's just getting in the way ever so slightly.

This has happened to me twice now.. Only way to reset it is taking out the batteries... Any suggestions?

Someone was talking about that earlier, and said that they concluded it was a bad board. I would contact VF, their CS is supposedly really good (I have had no experience with them)

My Sony's (even with the sticker) slide in and sometimes slide out (I believe the vacuum effect is causing them to get "stuck" inside). My LG's are a tiny bit wider, and my samsungs even wider than the LG's. The samsungs DO fit, but I have to jiggle them in and it did cause one of the batt wraps to get scuffed.

Yeah, definitely looks like a bad board. They had a few in their earlier builds.

Contact VF and they will make it right in short order.

Ok, got confirmation from electronicstix. They are fakes. They said they got confirmation from 2 separate sources that they were authentic, so it looks like the fakes are coming from higher up the food chain. They sent me a return label, and they should be going back to them today. Got to say, their CS is awesome

Ok, I just tried my LG HE2's in both the VF DNA30 and DNA40. I removed the 18650 3.7V 2500 mAh sticker and it was the same with both Flasks. The side with the atty above it slid in easily. The side with the LCD went in easy enough but had a little friction. It also required me to "bump" the mod to get it out but they both fit in both mods.

Thats not what they told me in an email just now. They said that they assure me that they are authentic. And that the supplier told them that there are two different styles of vtc5. Also that they have done extensive testing on them. With that said they did offer to take them back.
