I HATE sending things back and it is nice to see that there is no warranty sticker that has to be broken to do these things yourself. Mine is out for delivery and should have it in 1 hour as well as a cloupor Cana which I guess I will sell now. Did not think I would be able to get the flask so soon. Not too much money though for a solid backup car mod. Hope mine is perfect and don't need to do anything though. Will post back later to let people know.

I got my Vapor Flask V2 DNA40 a couple of hours ago. I had 2 new VCT5s charged and waiting. I also had a new Kafun wicked and coiled with nickel wire and rayon wick at .25ohms.
So far so good. I had to experiment a little with temperature and watts to figure out where it vaped the best at. For this kayfun I settled at 500 degrees and 20 watts. It vapes perfect there. No burnt hits at all. Turning the watts up results in the temperature limit kicking in. I figured that meant the juice flow couldn't keep up with higher watts in the kayfun.
But I'm loving it so far.

Called them on Tuesday and was told they just received their shipment in the store physically. Was supposed to ship on thurs. Then got postponed to fri. Didn't happen
Another member called them up today, and now they say that they never received the shipment and it'll be delayed a week due to a evolv recall on the chip.

Edit: HMM. Called them up myself. Turns out it's VF themselves who are doing the recall. Apparently they've got a pretty sizeable chunk of bad boards that freeze upon firing up. So they're recalling shipments and will be manually testing each mod by firing with an atty prior to sending out.

Ok so flask in hand and email out to vapor flask. Do your screws all look like they were put in too tight or with a bit that was too small? All 4 of mine look like your last picture with the unit back together on the ones near your 510. Did you do that to them or were 2 of yours also messed up a bit? Have a a few small spots on the back with no finish. Scratch across the top over the 510 to the edge of the top plate. This could have been the shop though if they had it out in a case before the sale. I really hate how shops sell you the open box and never the sealed one. Display is not even close to being straight. Mine is so crooked it is cutting off the bottom of the W for watts. All in all it feels great looks great and if the unit cost $150 I would over look them. Side note mine came with a velvet bag not leather.
Sorry to hear that. I thing i`ll get mine at the end of the week probably, I am out of the US so would love to see I have a straight screen because sending it back would cost a lot. I know they are minor things but for the money we paid we should be getting flawless devices.

Vogue Vapor Lounge. The slight blemishes really even being ocd .... about things being perfect I could live with. The screws you see all day long and will bug me I know it. The screen as mentioned can be adjusted yourself so if I did not live in the US I would look the other way and ask for 4 new screws to install myself and fix the screen while I did that. Seeing as I am in the US shipping back is most likely what I will be looking to do. I hope yours is as perfect as they come.
I dunno the Allen key is really snug in there... No stripping and all four of my screws have crisp edges... It might be the camera

Damn! That's not good to hear. I am currently waiting delivery of my 3rd Flask40 from them (expecting delivery Monday). Although, I'd rather hear that than to receive it and start having all sorts off issues with it. Thus far I have one from VapeRev and one from Vapin Art and both of those are performing flawlessly.
Welp. The fella at Dixie says VF is testing every unit now, and will ship it back to them on Monday. Dixie's expecting to ship them out either MONDAY itself or Tuesday, so we will get it either wednesday or Thursday. Funny how all my dna40 orders have been hit by random delays hahah. I did use the time to clean up many many feet of nickel though. Hahahahah.

I got mine directly from Vapor Flask as part of the founders club and has worked perfectly for the past four days (or two battery charges) - still learning to play with NI500.
Is it me or is the DNA 40 much quicker than prior models? I swear it goes from sleep to coils vaping just about as fast as a mechanical.
Even though I placed my order this past Thursday, I have yet to hear word of delivery. Same as the first time I ordered from them but received it in 2-3 days. Hmm. Well, we'll see I guess.
I'm not worried in the least though. I received my 1st VF (DNA30 v2) without a fire button. Contacted the manufacturer that day (Friday) and was overnighted a new fire button (received a new fire button Saturday). Impressed with the CS with this company to say the least.

No, it's not you. I noticed pretty much the same thing, Perhaps the DNA 40 is running on a faster KHz than the DNA30? Appears so. For me (and you it seems) anyway.
If you look at the top right screw about 1/4 to the right and across the top of the 510 for the chatter scratch. Also in that picture you can see how stripped the top left screw is. The rest are not much better. My screen is shifted to the right and down on the bottom right. Blems aside I love it and hope after things get taken care of I will have this for years.

As soon as I can find a Flask I'm ordering! Been undecided for a while and I'm still waiting on Rdna. I wish these weren't so hard to get!
Took me 7 tries to get one. Even I have a better success rate at asking a girl out for dinner than getting one of these flask.
