True but I never sell lol. Just keep adding and adding

Stick around. That's what I used to think. After awhile it all starts to pile up and something has to go to make room for new things. :)

Yeah especially how fast the technology is moving right now.

Has anyone ever had their Flask engraved? If I can ever manage to find one I would like to have some small picture or something engraved on the front but I have no idea where that could get done. I guess I should worry about finding the Flask first huh?!

Not sure if there's one near you but I know that Things Remembered does engraving. They even have images of whiskey flasks on this page: Personalized Engraving at Things Remembered.

The guys from Vaporflask got back to me yesterday (sunday) and told me Evolv was working on a firrmware update that should fix the problems i was having (locking up, freezing screen). I was put on a list of people to contact and they told me I could keep using the device with kanthal, which im doing now.

Im sure it will all work out.

I started having some similar issues this weekend. Is this a firmware update we as the user will also be able to do? I really don't want to have to send my device anywhere.

I agree. It would be damn nice to be able to do a USB firmware upgrade, that's for sure.

I received my VF on Saturday. I put several builds on my Plume Veil and couldn't get a really satisfying vape. All the dual coil builds came in from .11 - .15 ohms. Tried 12, 13, 14 wraps, etc.. 28 and 30 gauge ni200. I tried pinching and not pinching the coils. I like a really warm vape with lots of vapor. I thought maybe there was too much air using the Plume Veil even though I reduced the air flow as much as possible. I then put a build on my Tautrus atty. Again dual coils reading at .11 ohms. This is giving me a warm vape but I'm maxed at 40 watts and a temp at 420 degrees. I'm concerned that I'm aleady maxed in the wattage department so there's no room for flexibility when building the coils in order to acheive a really warm vape.
Am I doing something wrong here or is this as good as it gets? Can I do something to get a really warm vape at a lower wattage?

You're not going to get the warm vape you're used too with temp control. The temperature is the limiting factor. If it went to 100 watts the temp control would still give you a cooler vape. You have the choice of getting used to a cooler vape or going back to kanthal and not using temp control.

Can't you just turn up the temperature?

Moel18, I am exactly the opposite, I was looking for a cool flavorful vape and finally hit my sweet spot. At first it was a little warm but have been using mostly tanks.

I built a .08 ohm cool on a 3mm mandrel and got a much warmer vape and started working my way up. Have you tried building lower?

You find what you are after you'll just have to use more of that Ni200 you picked up.

Good luck!

is everybody's battery gauge working properly?

even with both batteries @ 3.59v my battery gauge is full.
I took out my batts, put them back in(@3.59v) and the gauge read about 1/2 full. I thought it fixed itself....I hit the fire button and the gauge climbed all the way to "Full".

is there a way I can reset the board? (other than taking out the batteries for a few minutes)

I emailed VF and awaiting response.

EDIT:
both my batts are matched LGs only used in the VF
