Same here. Sony vtc's and LG he2's only. LG's are available and fairly cheap. I'd recommend buying a set to pair up for the flask.

I originally bought 4 thinking I'd need to have a set fully charged to swap in when the pair in the flask died but that really hasn't happened to me yet. When it gets low(after 4 days usually), I charge it when I go to sleep. If it's not fully charged I'll do it again the next night and that usually does it.

Coldpunk,

Do you have a couple of vendors you would recommend?

I purchased a 40 watt flask from vapinart.com today. Cannot wait to receive it. I hear the battery tolerance is tight, does anybody no if the 30 or 35 amp efest will fit, I know the 30 amps are smaller in diameter the 35. Happy to be apart of the flask family. Oh yeah they still have the gunmetal in stock, black and clear sold out in an hour
I have purple efest in mine 35amp but had to remove the sticker and took a butter knife to scrape the words off the sides then I hit it with a scotch brite pad for a few seconds. Before the butter knife it felt like if they went in they might not comeback out. After the butter knife i would have to use the bump with hand to get them out. After the scotch brite pad for a few seconds they slide right out. Not even close to thinning out the wrap to the point where it would be unsafe. Also if you spin the battery you can find spots where they slide down easier. Use those spots and it will be a ton easier to get them out.

Glad you are happy, enjoy it. I am also waiting for a Squape R, join the Official Squape Thread and post some pics of your builds etc!

I will post my build now if I can find the thread you speak of. Did the squape and it came in at .14 and my veritas came in at .12. So far it is working perfect! I picked those two because they use screws and not posts that tend to not work so great with nickel.

Thanks for the short delay... I just bought 4 LG bats off Amazon. Ouch!

On the Scotch Brite pads you do mean the green fiber type? Or did you mean the copper/bronze curly type. Actually after I get over my needless Battery purchase I will try the green Scotch things and if that doesn't go fast enough I will take a little light sandpaper to them. Then I will have backups for my backups.

has anyone tried Samung 25R batteries? Vapin art said they will work but if it is tight fit rather get the LG batteries. landed one of the black ones today

I haven't tried them in a vapor flask, but they're damn good batteries. Better battery life in my hana modz clone than my LGs or efests.

sedge posted this back quite a ways so I'm not sure if you all have seen it.

Batteries that fit the Vapor Flask video courtesy of moi. Hope this is helpful.

I believe there was some follow up discussion on additional batteries after his post. Click on the >> sign after his name in my quote to take you to his original post and scroll down from there if you're interested.

Just wanted to update you guys. I emailed Evolv this morning to check the status of my Flask and was told it has been completed and will be shipped back to me today. I had shipped mine to them on November 6th, it arrived at their PO Box November 8th and was picked up by them from their PO Box November 12th.

You and I did the same thing. So I hope mine is shipping back today also. It's getting old.

You should give them an email. Steve has been very responsive this morning. I replied back after hearing it was shipping today to ask if they would provide me with a tracking number and he got back to me in 4 minutes letting me know they will.

I did after I posted. So we'll see. Nothing yet.
