Beautiful! Is that a wrap or did you actually have the cajones to force a patina on your Flask? I'm way too attached to my Flask to even think about trying something like that.

Also, how do you like the In'Ax 22 and how easy are using the wire attachment thingies? I'm in love of the look of that gennie and very intrigued about all the innovation they put into into.

Again, awesome setup!

Thanks bud! Its jwraps, just to have an alt look. In'ax is my first genny and was surprised how well it performs. About the grip sticks, I have shaky hands and it takes me at least a couple tries to have a stable grip on the wire. Its not easy lol! But once you get it to hold steadily, its vape bliss! It takes practice. :)

Very nice! I have a jwraps wrap on my Provari and Put one on my girlfriends P3, so I'm quite familiar with them. For a someone with shaky hands, you did a great job with the wrap, to the point where I thought it actually was patina'd.

Thanks for the info on the atty. I really dig gennies and this one makes me drool with all the out of the box features. I just got a Super T Simplicity 18350, which is a 20mm mod, so I got to blow the dust off my DID (also 20mm), build it and put it back in the rotation. There's just something so satisfying about making a stainless steel wick from a sheet of mesh that transports juice excellently and doesn't short out. The In'Ax 22 is one atty I can really see knocking the Kayfun V4 off my Flask. Now I just gotta find one... Oh well, I'm sure they'll make more and I'll get my grubby hands on one.

Between all these awesome atomizers coming out and the anticipation of the Squonker Flask, my wallet hates me!!!

Edit: P3, that is...

Haha thanks! My son almost finished watching the lego movie when I finished my wrap. I had to put in on so he's occupied lol. Trust me I didnt get it on the first try :)

Nice move with occupying your son! I didn't get my gfs P3 on the first try either and almost destroyed the wrap in the process. I have a carbon fiber wrap on my Provari; this wrap is tough as nails and just might be able to stop a small caliber bullet. :p

The wrap I got for the P3 is a patina similar to yours (in fact, yours was in my top 5 choices for hers), but clear. My first attempt wasn't straight enough for my OCD; I tried to remove it like I would with my CF wrap and merely lift up a corner and pull. Big mistake as it did not peel off the mod like I was expecting and simply stretched and warped. Luckily i was able to use a little heat to remove it from the P3 and get it mostly back in shape, to the point where it's now unnoticeable on the mod. :2cool:

Does anyone know when the Squonk Flask is supposed to be released? I just heard about it and am certainly going to try to get one. I was trying not to buy any more mods this year, but I must have one in my collection! The VaporFlask is the best form factor mod out there, IMHO, and my favorite mod in my collection, by far. A bottom fed version is a no brainer for me.

All I know is "soon". My guess would be end of this month/beginning of next month.

Huge shout out to Vapor Flask.
I received my dna30 vapor flask repair return today. Without even asking they upgraded it to a DNA40 and upgraded the 510. No charge.

Sedge,

Happy for you that was pretty special of Vapor Flask to do that for you.

I truly had them on my poop list but guess I will have to change my mind about them.

Good luck with your NEW toy.

Regards,
George

Sounds like this mod is going to be the new "Provari" as far as high end devices are concerned.
Have they sorted the problems with the occasional unit with misaligned screens and blemishes in the finish?
I've had mine for about 6 weeks now, or there about and it's been awesome. I started reading through some of the threads prior to receiving mine and got a little nervous hearing all the issues some were having. But I received a solid device that I can't put down. It gets some heavy use. The battery indicator is a little strange but I can live with that, especially since I can get 2 or 3 days of vaping before I need to change the batteries. With my experience, I definitely put it right up there with my Provari.

That's awesome sedge!

I sent my 30 in for a 40 swap and asked for an invoice. Got the Flask back with the swapped board and the new 510 connector and have never received an invoice. I questioned Preston about it and he said, don't worry about it.
