My Squonk Flask was Out for Delivery yesterday. My brother was standing at the mailbox when the mailman came. No package!

I checked the tracking later last night and it said, "Notice Left. No Authorized Recipient Available". *sigh*

Going to the PO today and hopefully wont get hassled too much as I don't have the notice. Mailman must've left it at someone else's house.

I only clicked "like" because there wasn't a "bro, that sux" button. I hated when ProVari sent everything Signature Required. I chased the mailman all over North Ga....twice!

Well, I didn't get s/n 024 like I wanted but I did finally get my Squonk Flask today.

Can't wait to get home and try out the Chalice on it.

My Chalice III and Origen are coiled (0.12 and 0.22) ready to wick. The VF Squonk left Opa Locka, FL at 11:23 PM. Could be here on Monday but more likely Tuesday.

BTW, I was the first to order online. I had to telephone to let them (VapinArt) know the website had not gone "live" at Noon.

Having not heard back from jaxgator I have a bit of concern; not with the VF Squonk, but that he may have lost a screw. I misplaced a Chalice III screw TWICE. Fortunately the first times I heard it it the hardwood floor. Next (and hopefully last time) I traveled from living room to bath room several times, flashlights in hand, until I located the screw in the tile grouting. ;( Scary 'cause the screws are custom made AND out of stock.

That would have put a quick end to the Chalice.

I PM'd my thoughts on the Squonk/Chalice setup to Asbestos and thought I'd share them here as well.

I am loving the Squonk. Couple niggles for me that pertain to the tank. It's rather hard to press so I could see it being an issue with those with arthritis or any other pain in the hands. The tank itself could have been a little longer. Other than that, it is fantastic!

The draw on the Chalice is a tad restrictive when fully open but I am still able to do lung pulls with it. Not strong cloud competition pulls but lung pulls nonetheless. Think lung pulls on a filtered cigarette. There are 3 air inlet holes like the one shown in the image below.

On my initial build, I had rayon in it. I run my drippers on mechs so when I put them on the Flask, I always think I need to crank the wattage up to 40. Not so with the Chalice. I would squonk, vape, not get a very decent hit and by the 2nd hit, I was needing to squonk again.

I rebuilt it with KGD putting a lot less down in the well. I'll probably revisit it with rayon again and just use a lot less in the well like I did with the KGD.

I turned the power down and the Chalice began to shine. It's got a .17Ω build in it and I am running that at 22w and 490F. Excellent flavor and decent vapor production. It's a different vape than all my other drippers. Hard to explain but I am enjoying it and am happy with the purchase.

Don't know about cleaning the bottle as I've only had one flavor juice in it. You get 2 bottles with it.

Removing the bottle is a little tricky as you can't grab it on both sides with your fingers. The bottle is shorter than its encasement so I just make sure that I can see the top of the bottle at the top of the squonk hole. That way, I can use something to push it down and out.

Btw, how are Vaporflask communicating now? Website has nothing and they don't seem to have been on Facebook or Instagram for a while. How are people finding out when new stuff is out?

First time ordering from them and they have great customer service so far. I ordered it in the morning and it was shipped by mid day. They had a bunch of the colors in stock.

I bought my Flask and SqR from VapeRev. And batteries and juice and my nano tank and..... Always been very happy with them. They do always seem to get my orders out the same day, and I have it in my hands 2 - 3 days later at most.

Yep they are a good shop, I haven't had to have anything shipped as I live a few miles from them. But their in store help is great, everyone is eager to be helpful with the exception of one girl who always acts like she is got something better to do. But there's always one.

That's great to hear. We have a couple good shops here in Alaska but when you want to get some of the newer stuff then you have to order on line.
