To try and answer some of the frequently asked questions for all on hereVapor4life uses the KR808D-1 style battery and cartomizer unit. It's a two piece unit. the atomizer and cartridge are built into one unit. If it's burnt out just throw it away. No fumbling with three pieces, and they typically hold more juice and vape longer than the three piece units. A typical cartomizer is filled with around 1ml of juice, this is close to a pack of cigaretes. The typical user will use two carto's a day. Initially you will use a few more trying things and figuring out what works best for you. The cartomizers are refillable up to 20 times depending on care. If you overheat them this will shorten the life span. When you get a burnt or marshmellowy taste it's time to refill it.
Some common terms used:
PCC: Personal charging case. A case that holds extra caromizers and can charge a battery with it's own built in battery, while on the go.
PT: Pass Through, e-cigarette that connects to USB port on your computer and does not require a battery or any charging, this can also be run off of a wall charger or cigarette adaptor for a car, anything with a USB port that supplies 1000ma at 5v.
PV: Personal Vaporizer, abreviated term for electic cigarette.
VK: Vapor King ecigarette in context with this forum. (there's another company with the name Vapor King and is not V4L this one, is this worth mentioning). A manufacture of the KR808-1 batteries. As a note, Vapor4life is in proccess of creating their own VK-1 and VK-2 batteries.
V4L: Common reference to the website: www.vapor4life.com
Vapors

Juice
E-Juice, Nicotine Fluid these fluids come in several flavors with different levels of nicotine.
Carts or cartridges and carto's
which can be shipped pre filled or empty.
Attys

Analog Cigarettes

The chargers, wall and USB:
The USB chargers have an LED on them, it starts out red, when partially done they flash between red and blue, almost pink, then when charged they turn blue. The wall chargers are red when charging and turn green when charged.
The PCC:
It has two LED's, the top one is for the PCC itself, when red it's charging, when green it's charged. Allow six hours for the first charge.
The lower LED is off when no battery is present, when charging it is solid red then will flash as it tops off the battery periodically.
As a side, the PCC will not seem to charge the older style shorty batteries. All of the batteries and chargers are "smart", meaning you can leave them on the chargers as long as you like and they will continue to top off. There is no need to worry about over charging them.
The batteries:
Length and output, all are rated at 3.7V
Shortys, are 65mm, 180 maH 97mm with a cartomizer
Reg are 78mm, 280-300 maH 117mm with a cartomizer
ExLong are 102mm 380maH 137mm with a cartomizer
Right now all but the shorty batteries are available in auto or manual configurations. The older style batteries (noted on the web site) have a five second cutoff. The new style batteries (also noted on the website) have a thirteen second cutoff.
The batteries come from V4L charged and ready to use.
The USB pass through uses a higher 5v and produces better vapor due to this voltage.
