I need help trying to get a response from your customer service. My order seems to be half canceled and I cant seem to get a response from you. I have sent 4 emails no reply.
What's happening your end??
I have no idea what you have charged for half my order as I paid for the full order.
Still have not heard one word from this supplier, emails not responded to, this post not answered to, my order nowhere to be seen. I will not be ordering from them again. Now I have to get my money back.
I have sent 2 emails regarding an order of Unicorn Vomit that tastes like actual vomit but have not gotten any response. From other comments here it seems like customer service has been lacking lately. I hope VB gets it together they are my favorite juice site. But if there is no way to get problems addressed I'll try somewhere else.
