I say go with the vaporesso. I recently sent a smok procolor that was still under warranty in to be fixed. It was boxed when I sent it. They sent me back a different color wrapped in paper and no boxes.
It was five months old when it died. I'll never buy another smok mod again.

I've heard many good things about the cascade tank
Are you sure it's 100% leak proof?

Mine doesn't leak unless I do something wrong. It will not leak if you maintain and use properly.

See list below. Others will add to this list.

Take a look at the NRG to it's a bit easier to use and clean. Hate that I can't see when my Cascade tanks are running low. Volume is the only reason to select the Cascade over the NRG. But if you can't see juice level in the Cascade's reservoir you will find yourself topping it off more frequently which eliminates any benefit of a bigger tank.

Not leaking is all about maintaining the vacuum in a tank.

Simple to maintain the tank but small errors can create huge leaks i.e. when you fill the tank leave a bit of space for the vacuum also don't let the tank get super low, again impacts the tanks ability to hold vacuum due to too much dead air space vs liquid volume. Everything in balance.

You do need to understand the things you can do to cause it to leak:
1) bad o-rings,
2) not assembled tightly, the top and the bottom need to be tight to the glass tube. The coil should be finger tight so you don't distort the o-ring on the coil
3) dirt on sealing surfaces,
4) thin juice (high PG or diluted too far with water)
5) over saturating the coils,
6) letting juice get to hot in due to high ambient temps (leaving it in a closed up car on a hot summer day, etc...),
6) vaping at too low a wattage and not vaporizing all the juice on the coil,
7) Over filling the tank

All of these are user error, each of these errors is capable of causing the best tank to leak. WHile there are bad tanks that just leak I find most leak due to user error.

Search YouTube for video's on Leaking Vape Tanks.

Good luck, let us know how you make out.

Cascade Baby for the vaporesso, I don't know which one comes with the Smok but my store sells the whole kits, not the mods and tanks separately
Definitely the Vaporesso. Friends don’t let friends buy Smok.

Also do troubleshoot your current tank. I bet it’s an O ring thing.

I'm back
I went to the store to get the polar but it was all sold out, so I started looking for something else and I ended up getting the Vaporesso Swag yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with it, it's very compact and ergonomic, it's my first device with adjustable wattage and I'm really liking the feature the battery charging is super fast and above all, I've had zero leaking. The only con I can find to this device is that I can't switch the tank and it doesn't hold a lot of juice, but it's very easy to fill. It's definitely an upgrade from the Ijust S.

Congratulations on the new purchase.

You can switch the tank with another 22mm tank. They are not as popular as some other sizes such as 24 or 25mm, but they are available. Have a look for a Vaporesso NRG Mini (same tank as on the Swag) so you can utilize the same coils.

As for charging via USB – please keep an eye on the heat of the device while charging. If it gets hot, you are over charging which could lead to a failure – trust me, you do not want that. It is more preferred to charge your batteries separately in a dedicated battery charger. And it doesn’t hurt, nor cost much to invest in spare batteries. Always great to have a fully charged battery on hand for a quick swap. Always ensure you transport batteries in a safe container. If these little suckers get shorted out by something metal such as keys in you pocket, you could be up for a bang of a surprise. There is a lot of energy stored in these batteries and if misused, they can be quite dangerous.

Also own a Swag…awesome little device! Enjoy :thumb:

It’s about using the correct tool for the job. A vape device is designed to be a vape device first, charger second. A battery charger is designed for 1 purpose – to charge batteries. It will have safety features and more appropriate hardware for charging than your vape device will have.

These devices can’t be compared to smartphones who have a lot more advanced circuitry and a battery that was designed and made specifically for said device. And even smartphones have to be paired to their appropriate charger (or one that has a similar output).

I am not against USB charging but one must acknowledge the batteries limitations and the device’s limitations. The Swag claims 2amp charging via USB. I have tried a Samsung 2amp charger with mine and it got hot…very hot. One of my battery chargers allows for output change and switching it to 2amps, the same cell does not get anywhere near as hot as what the Swag did. So something is going on within the Swag that I am not comfortable with. That does not make it a bad vape device, just not a preferred charging device.

Don’t know what type of USB chargers you own. Some newer ones now output up to 5amps which is well beyond what many of these batteries and mods are able to handle. USB off a computer is 0.5amps – acceptable but extremely slow. Older iPhone chargers are 1amp, and I think iPhone 8 and above are now 2amps but don’t quote me on that. What ever charger you are using will have its specs somewhere on the unit. If it does not, don’t trust it. Try your USB charger and if the device gets hot, unplug immediately.

As mentioned earlier these batteries store a lot of energy, failures can be quite dramatic.

Is usb charging really that bad? I usually carry my power bank to charge my vape since it's more practical, everyone is recommending getting a battery charger but is it really unsafe to rely on usb charging most of the time?
Did you watch the Battery Mooch video? Apparently not.

I think it is safe to say that charging with a dedicated box charger is safer and faster. Plus you can monitor your batteries in a box charger. And you save your USB port for its primary purpose --- firmware upgrades via your computer.

And should the USB charger inside of the mod short out the battery, you'll have to buy a new mod.

You can't go wrong with a vaporesso swag. I have one of those and like it a lot it's a pretty good setup for the money. Glad everything worked out for you

Try SuperTank or vaperresso coils in your ijust. There much less likely to leak if all seals are in place. If I remember correctly you the ijust can hold vaperresso ccell coils (my wife's favorite, she loves ceramic) or Tobeco SuperTank coils (my favorite). Always check your gaskets and make sure device is clean to start with. I bet the new eleaf ec-m (mesh) or ec-n (net, just a different mesh) would both also be great and not leak as bad. I always had leaking from the older model ec and regular eleaf and Atlantis style coils. Possibly the small wicking holes but I'm not sure what the exact reason. That is just for your ijust to use it as backup or alternate flavor device. My advice is stay away from smok devices and tanks unless you don't mind leaking. Everyone I've ever tried leaked for no reason at the most random times. Vaporesso is a great brand to go with as they have many different styles and types of coils that are mostly interchangeable with they're other tanks and alot of other company's coils for them too. I'm on a geekvape kick right now myself. Just got an illusion mini (old I know) that takes Atlantis/eleaf ec style coils and vaperresso gt coils, plus all the new aero, smoke, and most new mesh coils being offered. It's majorly versatile and haven't had a leak yet. On my fifth day with its included i4 coil (baby beast size/style). Witch is major fomajor for me as most any coil I've ever had only lasts a couple of days. Myvpro.com clearance for 11.95 eight now. Stellar performance to price ratio. I ramble though, go with the vaperresso you won't regret it. Or well almost anything other than smoke. Hope I didn't just confuse you more.

I purchased an eleaf Ijust S two years ago, and I've had major leaking issues; no matter what I did there was always e juice leaking through the airflow holes and in between the tank and the mod. I can't put it in my bag or my pocket so I only use it in my house where I keep it standing straight all the time.
Due to this issue I want to get a new device that won't have a leaking problem. I don't really care about technichal settings because I don't understand them very well, I just want a well performing device that will not leak my ejuice when I take it outside.
I've boiled it down to two choices: the Vaporesso Polar and the Smok E-priv, these are the best two I can get based on my price range and the selection in my local vape store.
I need some assistance in deciding which one I should get. My main standard is that it won't leak.
Thank you.

Wow sorry that last one was so late I thought it sent earlier but grats on the Swag! It's a great device and tank can take alot of different coil options. If I wasn't a cheapscape clearance shopper right now I'd totally love one. My newest came today 100 watt Capo Squanker. Eightvape clearance 24.99 came with 20700 battery in one kit and 21700 in my wifes. Don't know why I ordered both at same time off same ad. Coupon code brought it down to less than 20 dollars each so... Score!!! It kinda has a swag vibe if I swap dripper for a tank.

They say you can't reach full capacity charging in your device. But I charge all mine inside the mod. Never had issue. But I could be missing an hours hour's worth of vaping who knows. They do make a Cascade mini and baby that would fit on your new mod and also take the same coils as it. If you did descide you wanted to try it out. They still make tons of 22mm tanks. Just miss out on alot of the rta/RBA and bigger tanks. If there something your interested in just pick up a ten or twenty dollar mod of clearance that takes the same battery as your swag. Swap as needed. I can't wait for my Geekvape Zues to arrive. Too airflow rebuildable. Hoping leakproof flavor machine. Fingers crossed
