I've heard great things about the VK...I plan to buy one pretty soon. I saw a link to a youtube video with Steve on tv vaping...it said something about an idiot FDA agent on it...anyone know where I can find that? I haven't actually watched it yet. Using the search function yielded no results.

Sorry, I do not have the link, but I have read the FDA is trying to shut down supplies, due to some jerks not being honest about the ingredients in the juices / flavors. I have also read some suppliers same they zero nic in their juices, but in fact they have high nic content ... probably trying to get a none nic user hook on nicotine, so they will buy more.

Look at the bottom of the page, on the right hand side, and you can see menu button, then scroll to the health sections, and read those.

Hope this helps you some.

Happy Vaporing! ;)

The VK is my first Electronic Cigarette and I love it! it does everything everyone says it does and more! The Crew At V4L will make it tough for others to ever outshine them in the customer service deptartment!
BTW PurKat the button on the manual is kinda like a tiny remote control button for the TV except very small and easy to depress except it doesnt stick out as tall as one. and can be done by gently putting your finger weight on it just like changing a chanel:)
Hop on over to the forums and read the posts and see for yourself what everyone is saying about V4L and the VK. You definately won't regret it and the warenty is out of this world!

Hi Cimyss,

Thanks for the advice! Yes, I tried to order last night and today, but the V4L the web server was too busy. I need two ecigs, one for back-up, so I am going to get the VK plus the DSE901.

Glad to see you are using no nic juice. That is what I am going to do, so I can get off the nic.

Happy Vapering! ;)

I'm glad you were able to get all that info from me posting a review. I'm going to post another review today... after a few days of vaping I have some more info to say :)

What review? I have been all over this e-cig message board, reading, and picking up tips, here and there. So you will need to give me a link, to read your review.

Thanks!

I jumped the gun on my V4L order, but now am happy I did. I didn't know e-cigs existed until 4 days ago when I saw them in a smoke shop in CA. They carried PureSmoke, which is made in Freemont...or parts are anyway. I got the starter pack with the USB charger. I thought it was very cool, seems to work ok, but the flavor is crap. No smoke taste at all, a little chemically. I could only find one reference here, and she was not to happy either. The guy in the shop said that no flavors would be made available thanks to the commies at the FDA. Hopefully he was wrong. I've got blueberry carts and Cuban Juice coming with my order.

Thanks for the review. I'm way stoked to get my order and dump my old smokes!

This thread started out as Paric's review of the VK from V4L, just got side tracked a bit! ;)

Thanks JenJen, for reminding me of that review. Paric, I owe you an apology then, because I had forgotten about that, since we got side tracked. Since I had read Paric comments, I have viewed about 60 other comments and reviews, so I lost track of who said what. Sorry Paric! Looking forward to reading any other comments, you may have.

Happy Vapering! :)

V4L, Steve in particular is the nicest and best of the vendors I have found. He gives more free stuff with his products which are all good. Just 2 I found not to be flavors I care for and others may like them, just not my "cup of tea" being the Ice Cream and Peanut Butter Cartomizers. I love the idea of the Cartomizer, especially when on the road or on the go, much easier to use.

I asked Cisco from Vapers Forum to make me adaptors to so that I could use the Cartomizers on 801/901 and 510 batteries. I just got them yesterday and I have finally found my "sweet spot." Steve now has manual batteries, both the normal size and ones much longer. I got 4 of the longer manual bats and find them good as well.

The service in general of suppliers has gotten better over the last few weeks, but Steve has taken it 1 level higher. Don't worry about any waiting with this man.

I heard a few thought the V4L logo on the bats. was not good and the different colors of the Cartomizers did not match the bats. For anyone who uses "mods" this may not be an issue but if you are strictly concerned with a cigarette "look" that would be the only negative I heard beside a few saying he was not the cheapest out there.

Since my concern is quality, performance and customer care, he has not only met all 3 every time, but has surpassed them as well and remains my favorite. Other companies in vaping as well as industry in general could take a page from Steve's winning playbook.

Hi,

Sorry that person told you wrong, but there a many flavors to choose from. What flavor are you looking for, and maybe I can direct you as where to get it. I am a menthol person, myself. Have smoked Virginia Slim Menthol for 40 years now. I do not like Salem or Kools, they have a different menthol flavor.

Yes. the FDA is trying to pass a Bill, to ban the e-cigs. Each State wants their tax dollars on the real things. ARG!

Here is the link, to read more about the FDA
U.S.A: PACT Act 2009 http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/law-e-cigarette/37029-u-s-pact-act-2009-a.html

Right now, I am price checking other places, that carry this KR808D, also known as the Vapor King, Cigeasy, Nebula, VK, DPV9, etc...

Hopes this helps you some. ;)

I do not have the link for YouTube, but you can read what Congress is in my other post with the FDA link.

Yes, I too am very particular with my flavors, and not care for many of the market. Free Samples are great, if they pay attention to the flavors you normally purchase, and not send something way off what you normally order.

I like the idea of the Catomizers, no fuss, no mess. Looks like they would be great on the road.

I personally think, they should make the Cartomizers to match the batteries and ect... For a woman, that is very important, to have things matching, at least for me, it is.

While doing some searches, for other good service suppliers/venders, I have notice the V4L is a higher priced place. I would do without all the nice samples, that I most likely would not use, for lower prices.

Happy Vaporing! ;)

I think it's super-cool that nothing matches! :) But then again, I always like to be different, so maybe that's why. I'm excited to mix up the carts and batts almost as much as I am to vape!

My VK should be here tomorrow (fingers crossed)! I'm going crazy! Can't remember the last time I was this impatient for anything. lol

Hi,

Right now, I am price checking other places, that carry this KR808D, also known as the Vapor King, Cigeasy, Nebula, VK, DPV9, etc...

Hopes this helps you some. ;)

THe Vapor King is only a KR808D in bare essence, as same thread patern. Steve works directly with his suppliers constantly and has them modified to his express specifications. He makes sure we have the best wiring & electronics availible. They then undergo rigorus testing before he will even think to sell them! If you were to compaire the VK and a KR808D side by side you would notice a difference. THe VK also has one of the best warenties availible.
Not trying to say Steves is better just to say it is, many people have compaired them and agree it is not the same thing.
