Max VG. Didn't think about that. It's not a huge deal. I just fill from the bottom.

On a good note, though...the coil had no problem wicking the max VG. It is one of the better TC coils I have tried. Actually pretty good flavor for a cotton wick.

Do you know what the ATC coil is made of?

Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads.

As for the ATC coil, the material is Kanthal...to temp control Kanthal is the most charming part of Vaptio

Hmmmm.... so, in theory, it would be possible to make the coil with NiChrome 80 and still be able to control temp. Very interesting... usually, NiChrome 80 is my prefered coil wire for power mode. I'm very interested to see if it is possible to rebuild the ATC heads!

I also like how the function works instead of clicking three times and accidentally clicking 5 and turning off. More I use and break coil in better the clouds production. Like greasegizzard said a bigger fill hole for dropper would be nice when a unicorn bottle is not available. Hope they come out with ceramic coils for tank or tank tht supports them. I want to try my other tc tank on it to see how it preforms on it. Probly do this over holiday weekend.

Three more special words:

In! My! Hand!

Photos taken of the unboxing and a few more for details, tank filled and letting the coil soak/saturate right now.
The review process has started, and not much to report at this moment. Very first impressions are that this is a nice, well-built, and well thought-out kit. User interface is fairly straight-forward and not overly complicated. A little time should give a bigger picture and a better story. :)

Thank you so very much, @AlmightyEvan , Heaven Gifts, Vaptio, and ECF! Much more to come! (I'll probably end up starting a whole new thread for the review, but I will post the link for it here, once it is up.)

Mini Update:

Not a super huge fan of the tank. Love the easy fill and the look of it. Do not like the airflow. It's a rather tight draw for me (about half as much airflow as the Vaporesso Target). I don't really blame the tank for this downfall... I believe it is the coil head that is the major restriction here...

ETA: The draw is much easier if you open the drip tip airflow, but that seems to kill flavor and cools the vape way too much for my liking. Also seems to reduce vapor production by a large margin.

Dropper will just barely go in if using dropper I would use small amount first and slowly fill to see if it will flow without spilling. I would try but I have different flavor with the small nozzle on bottle. If you have a dropper for small bottle like the 1dram size I would say it would fit better since the tip is smaller.
That's exactly what I was wondering. Most of my juices are in squeeze bottles, but I have one 120 ml bottle with a dropper and I know the tip of that dropper is pretty big. It sounds like the fill hole won't accommodate a large dropper. Thank you for your response! :)

I didn't think to specify that in my original question, but I always vape max VG, so thanks! And that's great to hear about the coil. :)

I'm thinking a cCell type coil with the ATC sensor in it would be pretty awesome. For TC, though, this coil is pretty good in my opinion. I think it puts out pretty decent flavor for a pre-made cotton/kanthal coil.

View attachment 559263 Just for you, Cool... squeezy bottles work just fine. Most droppers will probably have a problem, though. I think I do have a few that are pretty pointy, but most won't work. My typical juice ratio is 30pg/70vg...
Yeah, I just moved some juice to a squeeze bottle. It worked much better. I don't think the problem it's the size of the hole. If you look in the hole, there is a lip sticking out right below the hole. That might be the problem with the max VG. I have some juice in a dropper that is 70/30...I'll give it a try later.

Yep, I see what you mean. It's the edge of the top-cap where the o-ring seal is that seals against the top edge of the glass. The tip of my squeeze bottles are pretty small (I usually use the 30mL bottles from Wizard Labs), and it fits in there just a little ways. I could possibly try straight VG at some point this weekend and see if it still works, but I don't know if that info would help anyone or not.

Thanks for the pic, Kaezziel! That's pretty much what I was picturing in my mind. :) I find droppers to be messy anyway, and I MUCH prefer the squeezy bottles to them but I was curious to know about whether the fill hole would accommodate a dropper.

Ooooh that would be an awesome coil! A premade coil that works well in TC is a huge win, though, cotton or not. Thanks, buddy! :)

I think if you have the droppers that are pointy, they'll work... if you have the ones that are "ball shaped" on the tip, then you're gonna have a big mess to clean up.

Already had a couple. I'm stubborn. lol Plus, I had a brain fart after cleaning it a couple minutes ago. Turned it upside down to fill it...forgot I left the top-fill open...
