I am getting so tired of vendors closing their doors on us for what ever reason, I tried to send some one to a site today to help them stop smoking and guess what, its closed until Tuesday, this is just out of control and its getting worse. I have been vaping for almost three years and now almost every new vendor just will close the doors at any time. I dont care if some one is sick or they have to many orders. They have to many orders because of us, so we should not have to put up with that kind of bad customer service. Somthing needs to be done if they do not know how to run a buiness right, these people are making money and they are making lots of money there is no reason why they should not take care of us like we take care of them in this community. I say we ban all vendors that closes their doors on us for any reasons what so ever until they learn how to run a buisness we should not help them!!!!

Yeaaah, being that most of the places are run by two or three people, that's not going to work. Sometimes, things just happen. But, some of the places I think take it a little too far. But, if your whole team comes down with pneumonia, and ends up in the hospital, would you prefer they go ahead and get up and ship you your juices, possibly contaminating the entire batch, getting hundred, if not thousands of people ill?

Businesses where things are inhaled have to be run with strict clean room policies. They could spread serious infection, and how do you think, for example, the Health departments would like that? It could be very, very bad. I'm sorry that your vendor was closed, but this seems a bit selfish of you to say that no one should EVER close. They're not Ebay, or Amazon.

vendors are not walmart! They arent open 24 hours 7 days a week. they have families and like has been said lives.Things come up that may make them
shut down for a few days. deal with it or find another vendor.there are tons of vendors out there.
But basically you are gonna tell me that if YOU owned a shop and someone in your family passed away (god forbid) YOU would not shut down your shop for any reason?
I call BS.

Stop taking new orders because you are backlogged = people complain
Continue to take orders, get backlogged even further, orders take weeks to ship = people complain

"Ban" vendors because they are popular and have a high demand, get real. You obviously have no idea what it takes to run a small business. If they are that popular then apparently they must be doing something right.

BTW, what would you propose we "Ban" them from?

I have a better idea. How 'bout a network that forwards the complainers names to the vendors. Then the vendors can ban THEM!

We as a community should see the main point in this and if you dont you could be vaping for the wrong reason. If you just missed the whole point, trying to help someone stop smoking, those comments where for your own selfish reasons and not one person above said anything about the main issue!!! Vaping is trying to stop smoking or it keeps people from smoking, it saves lives everyday so you guys are right they are a different type of buiness a buisness where other people depend on them and when it comes to stop smoking it should be very important, I do have the right to say anything I want since I have given them my money for a service a service, that myself and all others depend on. It doesnt matter how small they are, thats the problem, these people are trying to run a buiness on a shoe string when others are depending on them giving them their money and like I said they are making a lot from us, when people are trying to stop smoking and depending on them is the key. Example if you are confused......When someone who is trying to stop smoking there is that urge to fall off the wagon, analogs and nicotine is very addictive so that person starts to depend on a vendor, they wake up and need juice bad go online and guess what its closed, so what do they do, they go right down to the store and buy a pack of analogs because that vendor did not come through. This is not a game and it is important to many many people a buisness in this field should stop and think about it before they even get into it, if they can not come through for their customers, ban them all!!!!

 There was a company that closed for "spring break." Umm, really? Do what you want, but I'll take my business elsewhere.

That's a problem? Maybe they have kids and wanted to spend their spring break from school on a family vacation. Or maybe they have been working like crazy getting orders out and want to give themselves and their employees a week off to recharge. Sometimes vendors close temporarily because they are moving to a larger store or they are reorganizing to make it easier for us to order from them. Or they are expanding their operation.

If a vendor was closed on a regular basis with no explanation given, I would probably look elsewhere, but I'm not going to bail on my favorite vendors who have given me great service just because they have the nerve to take a week for themselves and their family.

I really have a problem with the word "ban". Seems that's what the ANTZ are trying to do to us. Boycott would be a better word. Let's see, we could boycott vendors that supply our juice, we could boycott vendors that are out of stock of things.....who's left? Well damn, I just screwed myself and didn't that feel good!

To the OP.... If you have such a struggle with this, I would recommend that you take up DIY and get yourself some replaceable battery mods. Then you wont be so dependent on said vendors, and at the same time, they wont have to deal with you, and we ALL wont be wasting our lives with this useless thread.

Are you privy to the vendors accounting? Some of these vendors do this as a supplement to their income at their real jobs.

You are the product of the "Microwave Society". You want what you want NOW, becauseif you want a pizza, by God, all ya gotta do is set the timer and, BAM, 2 minutes later, you have pizza. Unfortunately, the e-cig business isn't a microwave. Every one of use expects a delay between the time we hit "Sumbit order" until the products are received. A lot of times, I shop around just to find the product I'm seeking. Rarely, I've found a vendor who's closed. Generally it's due to an acceptable circumstance. Regardless of whether it's an acceptable reason to you, it's going to happen. Be prepared. Stock up and deal. Get over yourself.
