My only disappointment with that debate was the obvious desire of the government (as opposed to the lords) to continue along the medical regulation route - and the EU ruling has left the door wide open for them to do that.

In the UK at least, the battle to keep vaping in the hands of the vapers and outside of the influence of Big Pharma/tobacco is still to be fought
