Whats your point? We are talking vaping stuff, not world economics, and consumer electronics. Further more, northernshrink didnt even mention US suppliers, he only compared Canadian vendors. I don't see why you had to defend Canadian prices compared to American. Your post really had nothing to do with what he said.

Now, if we are talking about Canadian vendors.. Are you saying supply and demand accounts for the huge price differences? Do the low price vendors have more buying power? The answer is no to both. The expensive vendors just charge as much as they can get away with, and really, why wouldn't they? If they can sell 30ml of juice for $20+, more power to them. As a consumer, i won't pay that much, with a product that is mainly sold over the internet, no reason not to shop around for good prices.

edit: for vise, noone was talking about US dealers to begin with. What kat said was wrong anyway, while the US does have 10 times the population as Canada, they probably also have 10 times as many vaping suppliers. It isn't a huge difference in supply and demand. I do shop Canadian for the most part, some places have nice prices. Honestly though, for some of the higher prices in canada, i really could care less about shopping locally. If it wasn't for places like jugheads, and canvape, i would order US or China.

This is very relevant, as KanadianKat explains so well. The bottom line is everytime you buy a product(s) from a U.S. Vendor to save a few bucks because it is cheaper, you are taking a sale away from a Canadian supplier, which in turn lessens his/her buying power in the long term.

I agree but would also say that if the initial profit margine that a company is trying to make was lowered and the product was a more competitive rate they could increase sales therefore increase there own bulk buying power causing a fairer price and less cross boarder shopping from Canadians.

By confiscating e-juice at the borders & shutting down suppliers, HC is influencing the DIY guy/gal. Instead of 10 experienced people cutting liquid nicotene for all us users, they're forcing non experienced Canadians to play with dangerous substances. Kinda of hyprocritical for a government safety department wouldn't you say?

Just a way for the government to totally end vaping. Someone screws up their DIY and gets extremely ill or even dies. BP or BT would be happy to see an end to our healthy alternative compared to their totally faulty products.
