I'm using the ERA on my Grand and I cannot believe how good it is. This is by far the best vaping I've ever had. I can't imagine this on a VV.

Would love to have a Chalice but can't justify the price when they cost more than standard metal Reos cost plus I bought 2 ERA's extra wick and 2 types of wire for less than 1 chalice just saying and they're outstanding enough vapor to choke an elephant

I have The Chalice as well and much prefer the ERA. The only thing I did not like on the ERA was it was wobbly in the connector. But I fixed that by dropping a Dash 013 oring in the juice well of the Grand. Firmed everything right up. As far as the Kick goes....I took mine out. 4 wraps of 32 NiChrome on a double 3mm wick came out to 1.25ohms....Amazing. no need for the Kick as far as I'm concerned. I felt like the Kick was not giving me enough heat.
