I've got a blank sign-in box and even if I sign-in it just goes back to a blank box. Is that normal? (I was already signed in before the site went down.

Another tip is to open Notepad or other WP and type in your credit card number, login, passwords, etc. That way when your heart races, hands shake, and you panic, you can just cut and paste them in.

your computer should ask you if you want to save the password say yes and then it should always be there when it pops up

You should be logged in still

Also, especially if you have an older computer and/or a funky internet connection restart your computer to clear your temp files and have the least numbers of windows open as possible. Best to close the window for ECF until your purchase is complete. This is for people who aren't sure that their computers "scream" and those who don't have a "lightening fast" internet connection.
