Told you that thing was a game changer DD ;)
My VVG is ordered, Silver Vein (thanks for your kind emails Rob!), can't wait 'till it hits the mailbox, ERA and Trippy Tip are waiting for him :)

You are going to love it Aidreon. Congrats! Mine went all over South Carolina today and never quit being excellent.

Really loving this black VVG :) I'm continuing to use 510 platinum 2.5 ohm cartos for now, they're brain dead simple and I get my normal 20 ml through before a changeout.

Got a couple packs of Vapage AMG hybrid BF 2 ohm atties coming in, looking forward to trying them out too :) I've heard good things about them (prefer 2.5 ohm, but the 2.5's are supposed to still be older design).

May need the button tweaked, the off-center (against the frame edge) results in occasional no contact. It's a case of large fingers -- not enough room to always get a clean press on it.

When I made my cover for my VV Grand I didn't even have to make a hole for the button! Like magic a slight push at the right spot makes it fire! It is soooooo cool! Magic!

Karen..or anyone...does your button move slightly in any direction? Mine does and I'm wondering if it's too loose and so won't fire.

What is the ERA built at. if the VVG is set higher than the atty will handle it will not fire.

Try turning the VVG all the way down and see if it will fire.

Then something's wrong with mine? Cause it won't fire!

When i unscrewed the ERA and then screwed it back on, could i have dislodged something?

Maybe i screwed it back on too tight?

Take the bottle out. Push up slightly on the part that the tube slides on. Just a little bit. Then try it again.

Perhaps I hold the VVG a bit different. I use my left hand and use the underside of my thumb knuckle (pad) to press the button. Maybe I have weird thumbs, but it is comfortable and feels natural. My hands aren't big enough to get my ring finger in to squonk at the same time but I am sure a guys hands would be large enough. Totally love the button.
What I find disappointing is the battery compartment. I have a slew of 16340's that I use for the Grands and they move all of the time in the VVG-so I purchased the 18350's. Now that problem has been resolved!!!!!!!!!!!
Not sure if I can do anything about the wheel, other than to get used to it over time and learning the new squonk with the use of the ERA.
I have found that from time to time I am having to push the center pin back up a bit for connection to the ERA. I am not an over-tightener (lol) with atomizers, but……………maybe I have to loosen up with the ERA?

Nothing at all wrong with the button action, just that the off center is hit or miss for me on firing. It is rubbing on the side wall of the frame. Left hand it is fine, but I'm a righty and it is just tucked a bit too tight, not enough offset.

Try a standard atomizer. you may want to make sure your coil isn't touching the bottom of the era
