With a 510 atty, you squeeze the bottle and draw on the drip tip till you feel the resistance in airflow, letting you know juice has been drawn up to the coil, at which point you stop squeezing the bottle and cease drawing on the drip tip. When done right, you have a suficiently juiced atty and won't have excess draining into the reservoir. It comes in handy when driving, so you don't have to use visual cues to know when to stop squonking.

FYI, anyone interested.... I've been using only the ERAs and heavy SS DTs on my VVGs. Last night I put a Boge Carto and acrylic DT on and it is considerably lighter in weight!!! Amazing how much difference can be detected. Much more comfortable for me when being really lazy in recliner and I can blind squonk without worrying about getting too much in ERA and having cup and air hole drip on me.

Kabonk, thanks for bottle info. Love your Yellar Friend.

For first time, except for a few short periods, I'm using a Boge 2+ carto on VVG and I'm really enjoying it much better than the ERA. (I've been using mostly Smoketech and Boge cartos for most of this year; makes one a very lazy Vaper.) I'm having to soak the ERA in PGA twice a day and dry burn to get the vape I want. Need more practice with the ERA.... I will get satisfaction. Right now doing various numbers of winds, 32 Kanthal A, around 3mm silica wick. I haven't been torching the built coil/wick before using as I was out of fuel for torch. I've gotten it in now so will see if that helps. Up till now I've been soaking built wick/coils in PGA, assembling, and then doing dry burning before using. Good for a few hours of vaping but them it needs another PGA soak and dry burn as vapor and flavor fall off. With the Boge and Smoketech cartos I can go a few days with great vapor and flavor and no fiddling. I doubt if I'll ever get DH to like the ERA unless he has no other choice. He won't do much fiddling.

there is a definite fiddle factor with RA I haven't gotten my ERA (tomorrow Yay!) but I know with my genesis attys when they're right OMG they taste good but when there's something wrong OMG they taste bad but I'm getting to the point with them where I can get them back to running right in a matter of minutes it was a lot easier changing a carto once a week.

Any leaking around the top of the bottle?
Is that also the stock 6ml cap?

They look like the same bottles my DIY flavours come in but I've had a number of them spring leaks just under the thread area.

Still running the platinum 2.5 carto on vvg, really like it. Clean flavor, painless to use. Atties can be great, but ease of use is big for me, and this combination hits the mark.

All blind feeding, just press the bottle and inhale gently when it goes slightly dry. Sweet :)

I always thought you could make a taller bottle for these. How about a tank with end caps. Plug for the bottom then a tube opening on top cap . Thin push able center tube. 2mm thicker than 6ml bottle would fit and you might get 12ml. How about a fill plug so you can use a
60mil needle bottle to fill it without taking it out.
