First time post in reos mods long time lurker. I have to agree with Thingingaboutit's comment regarding quality and dirability is well worth the price. I started off buying all kinds of mods finally stopped with reos mods from mini-->grand-->vv grand (been using the vv grand exclusively) spent a good 2k+ already. Didn't want to buy the expensive mods at first so i settled for cheaper ones, however, constant switching to something else was inevitable due poor quality and durability. I too wished I went this route to begin with, would of saved me at least 50-60%. So don't be hesitant because of the price, you get what you pay for.

Oh yeah and a big thanks Rob. been off analogs ever since i first got my mini.

Welcome, Sjrickli7 :)
Me too! It was my first mini that gave me the confidence I needed to complete my transition from smoking to vaping. Like you, I'm now using my VV Grands exclusively, but regardless...I'm done with the stinkies for over 2 years now. Congratulations to you!

This is a cool stainless steel Air Control Sistem (hence it's name ACS) with micrometric control (it has five holes you progressively close turning clockwise the top cap) specifically created for the Reo :)

Mata:

Being a fellow paisan living here in the U.S. of A I would be more than happy to beta test this innovative Air Control System and expound its virtues throughout the land. :D

Ciao

Gioacchino Nigrelli Giampapa

(Shameless self-promotion in an attempt to snag one of these things before anyone else.)

Regarding the ACS (Air Control System) for Reo, Lukkos Team is the modder and del-sole.it is the exclusive distributor so i have no other interest in publicizing them besides the will to share this with other reonauts because it's really unbelievable how it performs

Now, i don't want to make you drool :) but a rebuildable that incorporates the same air control system is also in the making, for what i understand it will be ready in a couple of weeks. Unlike the Era it doesn't flood because all the liquid in excess will return back in the bottle like in the Chalice from Mark Bugs.

Any estimated price point on this yet.

It comes as no surprise to me that the Italians have once again created something that the rest of the world covets. I draw your attention to the Colosseum, the Canals of Venice, The Leaning Tower of Pisa, Michelangelo, Gina Lollobrigida, Sophia Loren, the worlds greatest food and lest we not forget... the Mafia.

And soon to be, a rebuildable atomizer... the magic just doesn't stop.

This is a bummer. My VVG just died! I'm going on vacation in two days and I really wanted to use this device. I don't think I'll have enough free time to call for help so it'll have to wait until I get back.
Bummer!

Edit: Well it seems that I am getting voltage to the connector but none of my atties or even adapters work in it. It's as if the positive pole of the connector suddenly moved down! Looks perfect but nothing seems to make contact with it.

Fixed! Took off the tubing and gently pushed the metal tube up which moved then positive pole up to make contact. Odd that the whole thing moves so easily, but at least it's fixed!

Wow! Glad you found what you needed to do to get it working! That can happen from putting lots of different cartos or attys on that you have used on other mods. Also can happen from tightening down the attys or cartos too much.

Hope it keeps working for ya!

The only thing I've used on it is the ERA. I know that the ERA is problematic on it due to it's connector being too long so I have been pretty gentle with it. Either way, the center pin on the VVG connector seems to slide up and down very easily. At least if this happens to someone else they'll be able to read the easy fix.

Yes it is a easy fix you don't have to remove the tube to do it. I recommend people leave there atomizer on the mod back off a turn and then push the tube up . This will keep folks from pushing the tube to far and causing problems

The tower was poorly engineered ;)

Seems they made up for it in many ways. I'd have settled for the pizza that Chicago perfected.
