Oh, what a welcome home!! I just got home from a dreadful trip to find my new VV Grand on my doorstep:w00t:. It's wonderful! Super with my single-coil mini cartos, but my years of troubles with attys persists. I know that I promised not to ask questions that'd been asked a billion times over, but what's the very best non-rba (I'm SOOO mechanically-challenged!) atty for this hunk of green glory I'm holding in my hand?

Glad your VV Grand has arrived!.

What problems do you have with an atty? What do you not like about them? What have you used before brand and ohm?

Thanks SOOO much for being on the lookout to help us Reo newbies:). That picture tutorial you linked for me on the chat thread really is helpful, but still mighty intimidating! The two smoketech 2 ohm attys that I got from Rob's site are both really low on vapor production and deposit loads of juice directly on my tongue. That's been the crux of my troubles with others, as well. I have the cisco 1.8 ohm 306 and a bunch of lr joye 510s. Maybe I need to invest in some higher ohm gear now that I'm no longer just trying to "simulate" high voltage! I do hate to whine about this wonderful new device, but I didn't realize that the voltage wheel wouldn't have any kind of markings. I'm scared to turn it up and burn out whatever I've put atop it:oops:, so I've had it dialed way down since I got it. How do you navigate the wheel?

Just turn it to the right until the vapor production is where you want it. From there, you can turn it down a hair to see if the vapor is still there- if not, turn it up a bit again. That's what I do- I used to measure the voltage from the 510 connection but I haven't done that since last summer.

Hi, Mini Cooper (dream car, btw):)! Not sure about a video, but here's one of many very thorough reviews: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/reos-mods/306622-diegos-review-vv-grand-translated.html. If you look at some of the excellent stickies on our Reo Mods sub-forum page, ANY and ALL questions are pretty much answered. However, should you have ANY additional questions, the folks here will answer them super-quickly. Just start up your very own thread, if you'd like. Should you buy the Reo VVG, I think you'll be pleased as punch with it! Happy deciding :toast:!

Hey folks,

Last night I purchased a VV Grand from Reo's website. I'm so excited,

This will be my first Reo, hopefully not my last. I decided on this investment due to dissatisfaction w/so many other ecig devices. Hard to believe how much ecig crap china sends to the USA. After battling w/joyetech ego products the last few months I want to be done w/the merry go 'round & settle on products that taste good & won't break.

I also have a vmod xl, and hopefully soon the amazing Thermovape Cera. In the long run, my vape collection will only have 2 members: Reo & Cera.

You will not be disappointed in your purchase. I don't believe there is any comparison in a REO to a vmod - kinda like comparing an Formula 1 car to a Kia?
Congrats on your becoming part of the growing group of those seeking a better way to vape!

Hi Northern shrink.....Rob wasn't happy with the recessed button, it was not firing consistently, so he posted that anyone who wanted to send them back for the new button it would be free of charge. And he changed the rest of the mods he had on the site to the bigger button.
