I'm just recently switched from cartos to atomizers when using my Reos. I ordered a Custom HH.357 Cisco Spec Hybrid 510 Atomizer at 1.5 ohms. After reading your post a was also going to order a Cisco Spec SR510 2.5 ohm Atomizer, just so I can try both out and see which I prefer. But I read this warning posted with this atty and wanted to get your opinion:
"There is a learning curve inherent with SR atomizers running @ above standard voltage of 3.7v and you need to understand how to use them properly and not damage them. I don't recommend these atomizers for users who are new to vaping unless they understand the proper use. There is no warranty on these atomizers, every atomizer is metered out and is guaranteed to not be DOA."
Should I wait until I have more experience with atomizers before I try out the 2.5 ohm attys? These are only around 9 bucks instead of the $24 or $25 I spent on the custom Cisco atty. I've spent a lot on these VV mods and want to use a high-quality atty.... so I went with what I've heard was the best.
Just curious if you think 2.5ohm atomizers are harder to use for newbies. Do I have to keep the voltage above a certain point when using a 2.5ohm atty? I change my voltage depending on the juice I'm vaping. Would the 1.5 be more versatile in vaping at different voltages?

You'll be fine just keep them wet I run my 2.5s up to 6v with no problems to speak of squonking is a little tricky but you'll get the hang of it

My first VV Bug, '65, was "The Turd" that had been totaled and fixed once before I got it and while I had it my sister totaled it and another car, fixed it and good as new..... almost. Among the many wonderful things about it, I could push start it, myself, wearing heels, on a decline of only a few degrees. I mean, if you didn't have great spacial aptitude you would have to get out a level to tell there was any decline. Only reason I didn't keep it forever was because I loaned it to some friends to drive from KY to TX. They didn't watch the oil, as instructed, and burnt up the engine on highway coming back. They left it there and someone stripped and burned it. IDIOTS.... my friends.

I drug the bug out of a guy's yard and he gave me $50. It sat in front of my house for 8 years with the intent of getting it running. I needed something to keep me entertained and did a complete body off restoration in 4 months. Then I found the bus. New motor, trans, interior, and have gone through all mechanical's on it. Haven't tackled the body rust yet! I actually have a set of PT Cruiser seats that I put in it while I rebuilt mine. I carry enough tools and spare parts to avoid tows. They both run very well and I could tour the country in them no problem. I have been a wrench forever. The only thing that intimidates me is the cost of new car parts. Glad you have a plan!

Thanks, I bought 1 LR, one 2.0 and one 2.5 Cisco Specs.. along with my HH357 custom Cisco order (which is a 1.5ohm). But my sweet spot is about 4.2 to 5 volts max. I rarely go up to 6... but who knows with the Woodvil VV. I'd had minimal experience with variable voltage devices but the one I do have feels wrong for me above 5 volts. I'm just tired of cartomizers. I tried a cheapie LR atty I had (someone gave me a box of cheapies) and even with THOSE I thought the flavor was better! I'm sure the Ciscos will make me very happy... I'll just need some time to become comfortable.
And WHAT is SQUONKING?? I have a lot to learn with vaping terminology:)

Squonking is the act of pushing on the bottle to feed juice to the atty. A regular squonk, you push until you see a little juice coming out of the bottom of the atty and into the catch cup. A blind squonk, you inhale gently on the atty (without power) while squonking and stop immediately when you hear a gurgle or feel a little resistance on the draw. In either case, after you're done with that, you're good to vape until the atty goes dry again.

If all goes well with the EVIL USPS then thursday will be like a mini Christmas. All delivery dates for my 2 1.5Ω LR306s, 2 more AW IMR 18350 & a Trippy Tip should end up in my mailbox. Because of strict adherence to "UNSURE's LAW" USPS can screw up all those shipments and I'll still be fine.......but if they should pull a "Mudflap" on me :glare: and delay my New REO then there will be HELL to pay. :-x:grr:

I think there's something about Priority Shipping that increases the chance that your package will be overdue for arrival. :glare:

The P.O. will give you little green slips that you can sign in advance and leave in your mailbox for the package delivery. I have a bunch of them and when I know a REO is coming I fill one out and put it in my mailbox. It saves the mail person from having to pull in the driveway and walking up to the door. Of course only do this if you are comfortable that no one will vandalize your mailbox and take your package.

Sometimes using a way around the signature defeats the protection it does give us.

We can make that a new term for a package that has gone astray. We can say "I got Mudflapped." :D

O O O O O O O O O O O O OMdoG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got home from picking up VV Woodvils at UPS Store. I was a danger to public wanting so to be home and wearing a new pair of glasses I just picked up at Lostco.

No words to describe the BEAUTY!!!!!!!

Don't have key to get in so have to wait for DH to get home. (Spare key is 50 yds away, through weeds, and don't have on Deep Woods Off.:-@ ) Will distract myself by opening Trippy Tips box.

I opened REO box at UPS and stared for a long time before attempting driving. O:)
