Ditto. Never had any smell from any of my stabilized REOs.
I did! Mine smelled of cinnamon for some strange reason! But I didn't mind! It gave another dimension to my juice!

Hey! At least the TESLA looks like it is a cinnamon red hot REO!
Funny now that you mention it....it does smell like cinnamon....what the odds of that happening.![]()
sometimes my atty gets hotter than a two dollar pistol.
My VVW Curly Oak is still unusable for me, the smell actually changes the flavor of the juices I vape in it, and it is awful. I had the same problem with my 18490 Utile and it took months to go away completely. I tried to get a cocobolo, ebony or stabilized for that reason in the sale night madness, but couldn't get one.
I guess I will give it another couple of weeks in the ground coffee.
I put a ton of Howard's inside mine (reg woodville) and put it in a ziplock Baggie with a fridge pack of baking soda. That is why Karen is able to use it now. (ues i am taking credit lol) I don't like using coffee as I think I am trading one for the other smell wise.
My farts stinkoh wrong topic my bad

Whatever finish is on the bloodwood has very little odor. From pre-sale reading, I was expecting to have to go to some lengths to subdue the odor, but there was no necessity.
