I've purchased four of the VZ concentrates and though I'm a beginner at DIY'ing I've found them to be great (go RealCig!). I do hope to try more and I've also purchase their VG (no nic) and it is fine as well.
Nicotine has an odor. The fact there is a product that's 10% nicotine and has no odor really makes me wonder what's up. That nicotine has a unique and pungent odor is a good thing IMHO - I would not want to be unwittingly sitting in vapors from 100mg nicotine as this is an obvious danger. Is there something that prevents the release of odor molecules or otherwise masks them in this product?
I also don't understand what the draw of a nic juice staying clear is? If it is handled properly, you can minimize the tanning (oxidation), but it will happen over time to anything with nicotine in it that touches the air. Are there anti-oxidants/preservatives that are preventing this?

shilo has not tried it yet far as I know and jimi D did compare it to (?) and I just finished off a 120ml of WL that was smelly & Pee yellow. I kept it in a dark brown Bottle and got it not that long ago.

I do have extra sensitive taste buds. Oddly enough even when I smoked my sense of smell and taste have always been super keen.I do hope that they get big bottles of some of their flavorings in soon. I do not want to be without a few of them.
My last WL nic was 60mg and I was vaping 18-24mg juice NOW my Vz super Clear nic is 100mg and I will be making 11mg juice and some night mix at 6mg so I can sleep!You managed to finish it off? Good thing those VZ flavors are so potent!
Needless to say I am VERY HAPPY with this nic and love passing the word to help my fellow Vapor friends! My next order from Vz will be a BIG one.
That is not the USP grade 100mg that we are discussing on this thread. That nic base is from the only American made claimed company for wholesale, and retail purchases. The 100mg Nic that we are discussing, comes from the alcohol based Super Concentrated Flavor company in China.
Ahh that's why I bought the usp grade 100mg nic. Mine was clear when it arrived. It only lasted me 3 weeks as I only had a small 30ml to use. In the 3 weeks I had the nic it stayed clear. Would it have eventually turned a slight yellow? I dont know as I did not have it long enough to find out as I vaped it all up.
The general thoughts here is all nic will turn a slight yellow after time when exposed to air. I just did not have my vz nic long enough to find out but my other nic from another vendor is a much darker color than yours

All nic changes color over time when exposed to air, light and warm temperature. I have bought at 3 other versions and it happens to all nic especially the higher the nic content is. It should arrive relatively clear to light in color though especially if its 60 mg or under.
Ok I see this is the "better clear clean and pure nic" the 100 mg from the china supplier, my bad. He should really point that out on his site seeings how he said the one that I bought was the clean and clear and purest available. It's a bit confusing.
That being said, I have used the not so clean and clear nic as recently as today and had no issues with it so far. However I was only using it to bump up my nic in a lower nic juice, not using it to make one from scratch.

Btw I have had nic from two other vendors, neither wl or rts. One is very yellow almost orange and unusable, and the other was the 54 mg nic from totally wicked that I had the longest and it never turned any color, stayed crystal clear, and odorless for about 3 mo, I bought both a vg based one and a pg based one. It's expensive but I bought it on a 40% sale. Lasted forever, not sure I would even want a 100 mg nic in my home, I have small children and animals
I have purchased numerous nic bases. They do vary in color, for many reasons. How it's mixed, impurities in the nicotine, additives to preserve the oxidation process. I have noticed that when it starts to turn yellow it's fine for a few weeks, then the flavorings start to fade. Then it gets to the point where it leaves a weird texture in my mouth.
I've had the totally wicked nic also. Great stuff, because it's Chinese 99.9% pure. That's what VZ has to offer now.
One good way to use it, is to dilute it immediately, when it arrives.
Like jimi said as soon as you receive it dilute the nic down to a level you feel safe with. Much cheaper to buy 100 mg nic as then vendors dont have to dilute down a second time...labor is money.
Eventually...dont know when that may be but vz will only be dealing with the usp 99.9 percent pure nic and the stuff they bought in states will be gone.

I got 100mg nicotine in the mail in vg, 5 min later I had 50mg nic and twice as much!
