I'm thinking a stack of flat brass pipe screens might have potential, Like placed in the bowl of an I-inhale device. I just don't have the $250 to try one. They run on propane lighter fuel and heat without a flame.

Still, I think it gets a little to hot, like you say, causing it to "Burn" the Nicquid. That can't taste good. I hear it works well with tobacco leaf soaked in glycerine.
