Waiting for a response

I've sent two emails now regarding a defective battery 7/16/12 and 8/06/12. Neither email has been responded to.
Can someone please contact me in this matter? I have had several orders with no problems and would hate to have this be my lasting memory of this company.

I'm done. The battery and attomizers are a loss but so is this company. I'm sad to be writing this, but I'm finished with this company. Hopefully others have better luck in the future.

All I can say is that everything is GREAT when there are no problems. Due to this issue, I cannot however say that they live up to the guarantee on their site. I AM glad though that this happened before ordering my lavatube from them.

So long GH1, it was a fun ride, but AquaVapor is getting my business from now on. I wish this could have turned out better, but after no response from the website in over a month or this site in a week, I will not wait any longer.
