Why No Response from Puresmoker??

I just have to chime in.

Daniel is my future son-in-law and in 2 years I've never seen him work so hard and so many hours as he has since Steve got to town. They all (Steve, Joanne, and Daniel.) have been working day and night to get things organized and set up. Once this is done, their time will once more be entirely devoted to answering all emails, PM's, shipping, and replacing products.

Trust me when I say that during this time, Steve is making all the necessary changes in order to provide the absolute best products and customer service available! It will be well worth a little added patience and understanding now.

I was only saying it would be unfair to post his personal phone number up here (because some ..... would actually do that!) so he doesn't get 8 million phone calls while I am sure he is trying his damndest to answer emails lol :)

just so you know, i wouldnt be that insensitve ...... :oops:

it was merely a suggestion, it shows up on paypal, like you said.:)

I'm sure you are correct on this. I don't know how Steve keeps up with it all to tell you the truth. Must be that new Cash Energee juice?:D

That is good :) I didn't mean to insinuate you woudl do that :)

PS.. I have not accepted your friend request yet cause I wanted to make sure you were going to be an active member on the boards first and not some fly-by-night person... will add you next time I check PMs :)

I sent 3 emails to Steve from the 10th through the 20th. None were replied to, but I understood about the move and store shutdown.

I sent 1 pm to Steve on the 20th about my order. I had a response within (literally) 2 minutes.

They're going to be severely backed up on emails, it's going to take awhile to get to everyone's issues. Hopefully there's no time wasted on the three I sent now because I'm all resolved and good to go.

I appreciate your suggestions but personally I don't want to stay up until after 1 a.m. in order to communicate with Steve. And I probably would have waited even longer to make this post, but when I saw Steve interacting on the forum with his site back up and running, I think it was natural to wonder why I haven't had any response to my various messages after 10 days. I hope you are right about Steve doing whatever is necessary. I know that is how I run my business and time is getting short for me in this situation.

I felt the same way when I saw he was posting.. I figured if he was posting then he should have already replied to my email.. but when you consider that keeping up appearances here and posting and checking PMs IS part of the reason we all like puresmoker and are so patient with Steve and are "fanboys" lol I guess what it comes down to is that posting here IS part of his business and he is still working when he is posting here. He has to take breaks from email eventually or he will lose his mind lol! Of course I am sure right now the breaks he takes are to ship out orders :) I hope! Can't wait for my badabing!

Hey Spikey I just noticed that you and me have the same exact time on our quit smoking banner right down to the same hour! :D

I don't know if you remember my post on "having" to have a cig for work.. I started vaping Jan 13 or 14, but I didn't stop smoking until Jan 25 (m bday).. unfortunately.. after that point I "had" to have a 2 or 3 cigs for work which I puffed,but didn't inhale (cause I choked whn I started to inhale and that was mighty unsexy! lol!) so I changed my banner to Feb 2nd stop date cause that was the last time I even puffed on a lit cig. So... that being said... I have only held 3 lit cigs since Jan 25.. but to be fair.. I put Feb 2nd so I wouldn't be "cheating" lol :) If there were "graduating classes" from newbie to regular... I thnk we would be in the same graduating class lol!

Funny guy tauk :) The juice is only up for grabs for the desperate and needy.. otherwise I am keepin it and will vape it til I make myself ill from the PG! Love that Riskee!

That is very odd because I received almost immediate replies with questions about purchases. Have you checked your SPAM folder? I do hope you get your answer very soon.

So far, Steve has been a wonderful vendor with super fast shipping.
