*This forum is too cool. Finally found a forum that isn't an advertisment for some brand e-cig and is actually real people sharing there real experiences. Invaluable. Thanks forum users and mods!*

I start with Green Smoke and I actually like it for the most part. At least, they have kept me off analogs for 5 months now. But, I thought I was paying for an exceptional product, after reading this forum it seems like instead I'm being ripped off and could have a better experience. I like the taste of their 18mg tobacco cartridges enough, better than The Safe Cig (though I've never had "juice" before, so I'm hoping that's even better). I would, however, like more vapor. And longer lasting cartridges.

That said, I've been looking through my [way too many] options. I think a Joye eGo-Tank system would be a good match for me. I'm considering the 1000mah battery and Type B LR atomizers and Type B cartridges (for the most vapor). It seems to put out lots of vapor, uses juice which is refillable, can use the cool pass-through battery, and has a large cartridge so I can vape for longer periods of time before it runs out.

Can anyone confirm this is a good choice? Recommend something better?

I think I read that Type B (or is it "LR") are more likely to leak. Since I'm new to "juice", would it be wise to stick with Type A and non-LR, as that combination may work better?

Also, does Joye make eGo? Are all eGo-t or "tank" systems the same or would the "Joye" eGo-T be different than say the "VZ" eGo-T? Is there some brand that is better than another when it comes to eGo-T?

Can anyone recommend a kit that includes EVERYTHING I need? Including a good juice? I'm interested in a real tobacco juice, I'm not interested in flavors at all. I used to roll my own American Spirit cigarettes (about 3-4 years, ~15-20 a day) so if someone can recommend something like that (the "Green" colored American Spirits bag) I'd appreciate it? If someone could recommend a kit that also includes a good juice, I'd love to know.

I have more questions for sure, but I think answers to these questions will definitely help me get started. Any more advise welcome!

Thanks to everyone!

You are about to be bombarded with recommendations for the E Power and the Kgo. They are both great next steps for you. I only found true satisfaction after buying a variable voltage PV. That's not the case for everyone tho. I suggest looking into the 2 above and then checking out the Lava Tube and the Provari. One of these 4 PVs will be a great choice for you. In order of price they start with the Kgo at like 44.00 and end with the Provari at 180.00. Then post some questions about the one or ones that interest you the most. You may also want to try a DC tank. They can hold from 2 to 6mls of liquid for all day use with no refilling. Check crystal clear vaping for the 1st two. Good luck.

Ok, so it sounds like neither of you recommend the eGo-T tank… I will check out the ones you guys mentioned. Any recommendations on what website to buy/browse from? There are TOO many.
Cignot.com will have the above mentioned Twist in a kit or by itself, which you can use with the eGo-T or eGo-C.

Here's a good alternate to the ego-T. They really aren't very good. That's why you won't hear a lot of recommendations from them except by some noobs who just got one and dont have any frame of reference except a drugstore e-cig.

Be aware that if you try the Twist, you need something else to vape while the battery charges. You don't want to charge batteries overnight while you sleep. It's dangerous. You need to monitor batteries. That means you'll need 2 Twists if you want to go that route. You can get a better variable voltage for the same money as two Twists. The Lavatube is a great value for a budget priced variable voltage PV.

This kit is from a good vendor and includes everything you need, including juice.

If it makes any difference in what you guys recommend for me: money isn't really an issue, I'm definitely willing to spend more for a great product. I also don't want to worry at all about leaks or charging batteries (re: sailorman)… I don't want to "monitor batteries" or worry about when to charge or stop charging them. Checking out your latest recommendations now.
THANKS FOLKS!

Many vendors will sell you a kit with everything - I just recommended a kit I own from a vendor I've bought from more than once. If you take Sailorman's advice you can't go wrong as he has always been on the mark in every post I've read. I also have a Lavatube clone so I could experiment with variable voltage (a VTube mini from Apollo) and it works quite well - I'm vaping cherry coke on it right now...

If money is not a problem I would seriously check into the Provari. I have only been vaping since Feb 10th. I bought 3 other mods searching for what would satisfy me and my fourth was the Provari. I just sold the other mods and bought a second Provari. I now know that that is all I will ever need. Is screams quality when you hold it in your hand. I bought a 6 ml tank from smok tek to go on it and I top off the tank and change the battery once a day. I also recommend getting the extra long battery cap for the Provari so you can use 18650 batteries with it. If you buy just the satin silver Provari with the 18650 battery cap it will cost 179.90 and you can use it forever. Good luck.

Hey bcometa....
Since you are looking at the Provari, you should also take a look at the Silver Bullet.

I have been using a KGO and am really happy with the performance @ 3.7 volts, but I wanted an indestructo mod.
The Silver Bullet is a 3.7 volt device, but with the addition of a "kick" by Evolve you can set the wattage you want to vape and it will adjust your voltage to give you that vape every time.
It comes in a lot cheaper that the Provari as well....

linky....

You can order the AW IMR 18650 1600 mah batteries from RTD vapor. They are what the Provari or lava tube will take. I don't have anything against the lava tube but I know the quality of the Provari is the best. I have read lots of posts about the poor craftsmanship of the lava tube and it's knock offs like the threading making the tanks or cartomizers sit crooked or the batteries and charger that come with it having problems. The reason people are what Sailor calls Provangelists (always recommending the Provari) is because it is built like a tank and does EVERYTHING Provape says it will on a consistent basis. I have read lots of stuff and seen many you tube videos saying and showing that the Lava tube does not. If you can afford a Provari I would get one but if not my second choice would be the Lava tube but make sure you get a later version that has at least the 3.2 amp cut off. Good luck no matter what you choose.
