Probably not if you did not feel this way when you went to sleep. Nic poisoning should make you feel bad pretty quick and if not a bad case should go away overnight. Unless perhaps you got nic on your skin and it was absorbed.

May be your body playing tricks on you for a smoke. Everyone thinks it is the vaping doing it when infact the brain is trying to get the other 5000 chemicals it is used to. Every time I got nic sick it would be gone in 15 minutes or so. Keep an eye on things and if continues you best see a doctor. But I highly doubt it is nic poisoning. I can almost say for certain it is not nic poisoning.

It's very difficult to consume enough nic to make you dangerously ill.

It can be easy to overdo it enough to not feel well, but that usually passes very quickly.

As someone else said, withdrawal from cigs can do some strange things - largely because it's not just nic withdrawal, it's also all those other chemicals in the cigs.

Yep. Nic sick only lasts a few minutes to a couple of hours, depending on the amount of nicotine your body can process and on how much you took in. And it starts pretty much immediately after vaping. If you woke up feeling woozy, it's not a nic overdose... too much time since you last vaped. My guess is you're coming down with something, are a bit dehydrated, or just have the occasional morning crud.
