Water versus the non-nicotine liquid

Isn't that level just water anyways?
The base is either propylene glycol or vegetable glycerin, or a mixture of the two.
ive got making my E-liquid down to a good price but wow water that's free pity its more than that even water as it has to be distilled costs
Distilled water at my grocery store is less than a dollar a gallon. I reckon it's pure enough if it is sold in the drinking water section and boldly proclaims "Distilled Water" on the label.

But to add to that, I think that people who clean their atomizers, wherein water is used at some point in the process, do not let their atomizers dry long enough and think they killed their atomizer when they really didn't. If they would just let it dry longer, it would probably work just fine.
