I've got a little pile of juices - a few dozen mount baker (1 month old), some Boba (1 week old), and lots of samples that I've ordered, as well as things I've picked up locally (Evo and Niquid)

My MBV improved with steep for sure, but it was very potent with chemical/perfume/soap out of the envelope.

I have this one sample pack - 1.5 wks old - citrus flavors that I tend to enjoy.

Berry Peach (.. nothing there at all!)
Strawberry Lime (.. slight mist of citrus on exhale)
Very Berry (..slight of lemon candy on exhale)
Melon (.. has coolness effect, light melon)

The Melon is clear, the rest are pink color. I can barely taste them at all! No throat hit, super thin flavor. I have Unflavored PG w/ 18% that tastes stronger of pepper than these taste of fruit. Is it bogus juice? More steeping?

Steeping and time does bring out the flavor for all juices, and does reduce the chemical taste that exists with all juice when they are just made. Times can vary, but I find that it takes at least three days with the tops left off the bottles in a cool, dry cabinet before the molecules can all begin to complete their flavor bonds. I have cherry that took about 4 months before it's full flavor was realized. Some grape that I bought yesterday will probably be ready next Tuesday, and will improve for another ten days after that. Also, some flavors work at 1% concentration, others up to almost 50% flavor. Generally, a 5 - 20% solution works for most flavors. Some tobacco flavors can be just terrible above 1 - 2%. Just depends. The fact is that most flavors don't agree with me. Of the fruits I like cherry, strawberry and grape. Sometimes peach, but it can be awful depending on the vendor. Eventually, I got to the point where I just made my own. I still don't like most of my concoctions, but I can add enough flavor to taste it easy enough. Of course, part of the fun (and frustration) of vaping is finding those amazing vapes that work great for you. And when you do....lookout. Anyway, congrats on getting here, thanks for posting, good luck and Vape On!

It may need more steeping. My husband and I just ordered a couple from MBV (caramel apple and pink lemonade) and we let them sit for a couple days and they still weren't ready. The caramel apple was extremely strong of apple. It felt like your got smacked upside the head with an apple. As for the pink lemonade, it had a very slight lemon rind flavor, which to me is not pleasant. After a couple days there were getting better, but we are letting them steep a little longer to make sure.

Most people new to vaping have issues with no taste. I know I did. Now I have the opposite issue- less is more.

You could order e-liquid next time with extra flavor. Or even pick up some DIY flavoring and add a few drops. It's fairly inexpensive- places like Wizard Labs sell it for about $1.50 a bottle. Adding a bit of menthol sometimes helps.

You could try something like a cinnabomb or atomic cyanide- you will taste them. But they don't play nice with clearos.

there is a difference between steeping and breathing (cap on vs cap off). see the DIY threads, read Hoosier. steeping is supposed to enhance flavor, breathing is to get rid of chemical fumes. (I can be corrected on this).

I had the same issues, after the first couple of weeks everything tasted the same. People rant and rave about MBV, I did not get a thing out of it. (ho hum, boring). After about 2 months of steeping, I think I can taste something. Other vendors=same stuff.

I started DIY, it seems as though simple flavors without any of the flavor enhancers have been excellent, mix them, let it steep for at least 30 seconds, and vape! nice strong flavor,

Last suggestion is to switch flavors often. I was changing 10 times a day.

I find with MBV that most fruit flavors need 2 extra shots...at least for my tastes. I haven't tried any of the flavors you listed, but I do have their peach tobacco, grape, blu-bacco, and black cherry. I usually let them sit for 2-3 weeks. I've recently been enjoying some of their tea flavors. MBV aren't my favorite juices, but they are a very good price, ship fast and are acceptable tasting.

If I had started with MBV, I would have thought it was decent because it certainly delivers the nicotine. I think where it's lacking is the vapor production so you don't get the smooth, warm feeling and full taste (I'm just guessing here). I get all that good stuff with SI and Bloog juices, which are the only other 2 I've tried so far, there may even be better juices out there.

The MBV liquids I tried were 80PG/20VG so maybe that had something to do with the relatively weak vapor production.
