It's pretty easy for me to ignore, or attempt to ignore. Only one election has gone my way in the past 22 years that I've been voting, from local to national elections. Jaded? You betchya'!

I live in UT. No matter what I vote it's going to every Republican candidate..
But I mean it affects our lives too much to ignore.
The state I'm wanting to move to is a swing state, so I think my vote can do more over there. Just need to leave this crazy state!!

Wifey does it every time I call her and yes it bugs me, but what can you do?

I enjoy the fact that I only have to wear my uniform... no dress shirts, with cuff links or anything like that... at least I have a few more years before I have to start worrying about stuff like that... retirement in a few years

Brother... I have never been "cool" and I am ok with that. These days, I dress like a 40 year old skater dude that isn't willing to give up his youth. Short sleeve button downs and cargo shorts... with Vans, Chucks or Jack Purcells. I need more tattoos to complete the look.

Though, when I do dress to the nines (EXTREMELY rare) I prefer a one button cuff... and to get out of those clothes as soon as possible!

at work we have biz causal, which means polo and khakis for this kid, i was very resistant to this initially, but after a couple years i have gotten used to it. the office does offer a $10-12 casual pass, this allows t-shirts and jeans, the proceeds go to charity. but i never liked the idea of paying to wear jeans. (i digress however as this month i succumbed and bought the pass, following the free casual pass that is given for your bday month, and i got complacent)

and cool is a state of mind, not directly associated with too much so for school

Most of the places I will most likely work when I retire from the Navy are still associated with the Navy... their daily attire is mostly jeans with polo type shirt... very casual
