Well I need something with a little better battery life...

Looking for something with better battery life than my cheapo 510 (even with the mega battery I'm only hitting 4 or so hours...) So with a budget of around $80 hopefully including a little bit of juice what can I get? Preferably not a cartomizer but could go for it if there is a really good one out there.

You could get an eGo/Riva/Tornado kit. You can get them as low as $41 and you will have some money left over for juice. Plus they will use the 510 atomizers that you already have. The battery should last you about 8-10 hours. They normally come with two batteries. Just make sure it comes with two. Value Vapor has them.

You might consider getting a Riva from Liberty Flights. $30 for two 750 mah batteries, two atties, a cone, and charger and you can't go wrong, and only $2.99 for shipping. At that point, you could get two complete sets (four batteries total!) and still have enough left over to do some juice shopping.

Wow thanks for all the replies I actually decided to go with the Riva from liberty flights and a selection of juice to keep me going and keep me away from the PG stuff which seems to give me a minor sore throat every time I use it.
