My mother-in-law, the saint that she is, dropped by for a visit yesterday. She's willfully ignorant regarding vaping and constantly tells my wife I didn't really quit smoking because vapor looks like smoke. I've explained it to her a couple of times already and now I mostly just ignore her.

Well, last night she decided to rant directly to me about my vaping. I explained, once again, that vapor is not smoke. Her response was "Well, it *looks* like smoke so it MUST be smoke!" to which I replied "Well, that Baby Ruth you are eating *looks* like a dog turd, so...".

Conversation abruptly ended at that point.

lol you must have the same MIL I have? We visited them this past summer and within 3 minutes she was all about the 'tobacco' she could smell. It was snicker doodle. lol. I didn't see her again that trip...was fine with me.

Slow pour water into the pan

LOOKS LIKE SMOKE!!!!! ..................errr....................or is that STEAM?

A tea Kettle?
A coffee maker?

Has she ever taken a Hot shower?
Lifted the lid from boiling Vegetables?
Run the sink turned to full hot?

Where there is fire there is likely SMOKE
Where there is boiling liquid - There is likely STEAM
