I have officially run out of cigarettes, and with a killer hangover all day, I've had little to motivation to leave my home. I'm left with my bloog mf, a few cartos, some juice that I don't care for too much (Vixen Vapors Menthol tobacco, I don't recommend, however it has grown on me a little), and a lack of will power that I am working on. Don't let my signature fool you, I haven't quit smoking. Tonight is the test, and hopefully I pass. I guarantee I will smoke every .... in the ash tray, but as of so far I've had seven cigarettes today in the past 12 hours. I feel that's a pretty good step in the right direction, but who knows. Wish me luck. I'm browsing around ordering some new juices a we speak heh, can't wait for the Bloog juice to arrive.

You'll find a juice that just hits that "spot" that lets you know you can replace analogs with it. I still cheat, but I'm down to 1-2 a day. The rest of the day I vape, and I consider that an amazing thing since it wasn't uncommon for me to go through 40 cigarettes (sometimes more!) in a day.

Don't beat yourself up over it. Every analog not smoked is a victory. Consider analogs the enemy, and your e-cig a weapon that helps you fight it. You're on the right track.

I guess I've been really lucky. I only smoke 4 puffs off one yesterday, I guess just to see what I was missing, and I couldn't smoke it. It tasted like trying to vape cardboard flavor that was dry. So I haven't had one since monday at 4:00. But everyday in the afternoon I keep feeling like I'm missing something or wanting more of something. Maybe I need to up my nic level. LOL Plus I'm so freakin thirsty now and don't know why? And my sense of smell is coming back and I don't much like it because everything I smell just stinks.

You really must drink more water. Vaping dehydrates you. It will help prevent other various analog withdrawal symptoms too. Helps flush the toxins out of your system, etc. I started getting a sore throat in the 2nd week, but I just drank a couple more glasses of water than usual and it went right away.

I have officially run out of cigarettes,
Well I'm right there with you. I threw out my last pack of cigarettes yesterday at about the same time you posted this. I even made sure I threw them away when I was away from home because I knew if I threw them away at home I'd be digging in the trash to get them back latter. Broke my heart to through away a brand new pack, but I knew if I didn't I'd smoke them. As I said in another post I can't tell a bloog from a real cig, but I have no will power at all and the habit just runs on automatic I guess. I've had my bloog about 8 days and I was only smoking 6 or 8 a day since I got my vape on, but I just couldn't let go.

I got to say I'm doing fine. Not really missing the analogs I did kill 3 batteries and start a fourth before bed time last night though. So it look's like we're in this together young man keep us posted and I'll do the same. Best wishes

I didnt make a big deal out of it.. smoked one before bed and a couple in the mornig the first 3 days.... and then it just stopped... still have'em. The pack is sitting in my car supporting my gps so i dont have to use the holder thing.... after bout 2 months, i took one out and lit up.., ydrk, 2 puffs and threw it away... not with remorse but with joy... bvadr. 2 puffs made me so sick... took about 15 minutes before it went away, and have happily vaped since.. over 6 months now..

12 hours running.... Just woke up, and would like a smoke pretty bad, vaping in the am is hard to do. ugh

What I tend to do and I hear Leaford does the same is go with a higher nic level first thing in the morning. and then go down to your standard level during the day then a lower level at night. So in my case I use 16mg with my coffee, 11mg during the day and then 6mg at night. that 1 level change does help with how your moods go.
