Hi guys today is the day that I started to be aware of the dimension that "GREED" falls over some ecig Companies ,and all of this because of a returned item, it is a pity that situations like this should happen , customer service should be number 1 concern and not the greed for EURO`S nor the DOLLARS, but this is the reality , there is only one thing positive that I can learn from a situation like this! , which is , it makes you search the web for better companies and better products and surely better manners, anyway , I just wanted to say this because it is worth mentioning that the loser here is the company , because it lost another client, I am going to leave an extract of the answer given to me from Janty customer service , so do not be surprised by what you read:
