What are people's experiences with fasttech?

Many packages are being returned to fasttech by both Singapore Post and Hong Kong Post shippers, and customs....and many orders without batteries, which allegedly created this 6 week fiasco, are also being returned to FT....so its a crap shoot since late August , WHEN or IF U will even get your order...many ppl are requesting refunds, which FT says will be an 80 day process..
so if U are a gambler and in no rush, or can afford to have a 80 day hold on your monies then FT is the place to buy because they are so inexpensive and provide free "maybe" shipping....and don't depend pn Paypal to help you because , Ecigs items are not "acceptable" purchases to them..
on the bright side, FT WAS the best place to buy from prior to the end of August...nobody could beat their prices..personally I have been very lucky and had 2 orders sneak through and delivered in the past 6 weeks in a 18-21 day period, but that's not the norm lately..

I ordered an itaste VV with them and a few accessories. About 2 week ship time. Actually had to return the itaste because it broke. Wouldn't blame them, I'm almost 100% sure the product was legit. Very fast customer service. I actually just shipped it back to them. I'm pretty sure I won't have an issue because they're very responsive...and best of all they pay for return shipping! Guess their only flaw is the long ship times.
Have had several orders with them with no problems at all and the couple that did involve damaged items were taken care of promptly with no hassle... A great vendor, but you do need to do your homework the same as with any vendor... Be sure what you're buying before you send someone your money...
I bought literally all my vape gear from Fasttech (other than kanthal & silica wick). I spent right around $250.
No issues at all. Usually I get stuff about 15 - 18 days after ordering. My Ithaka clone I waited the longest @ right around a month after ordering, it should actually arrive tomorrow.

I've been purchasing from FT for four months now and am very pleased with my purchases. I have been able to get authentic Innokin and Kanger stuff very inexpensively, and nearly all my liquids come from there too.
Do your market research first, and be patient. Shipping time can be irregular, and buying something from China that you need desperately and immediately, probably isn't a good idea.

Fasttech has been good to me. To good, if you know what I mean. I'm waiting on two shipments now and a shopping cart full ready for my next order.
FT has saved me alot of money over the past 7-8 months...and was always my fav place to buy and had great customer service and warranty......but the ecig has gotten so popular along with FT, that FT is just overwhelmed now with various issues...its not the same place it was months ago...growing pains ....I will continue to use them but not until they figure out some things....shipping is their biggest obstacle..
I love Fast tech. Just understand that if you order something with a battery in it it may take a month to get through customs. If I order anything without a battery it normally takes 7 to 10 days max. The prices are amazing and the clones are as well.
I have seen many ppl without batteries in their order, that are still waiting since August...the battery issue has a ripple effect on everything...FT gives us a love/hate relationship
I ordered with them and received the shipping confirmation email a couple of days ago. Does the Sing Post tracking website ever work? Just wondering because so far it hasn't for me.

Singapore Post and HK Post tracking ( 17track[Together Tracking], International Registered/Parcel/EMS/Express Tracking System ) Mine went from "Dispatched Overseas to US" to Origin Post is Preparing Shipment"....that's backwards from what it should have been..SG Post is no longer shipping any batteries, ego or any kind...and most any package regardless of whats in it, if it says Fasttech on it, then it will most likey will be rejected due to SG Post past poor experiences with FT and their packaging...and your package will sit for a week or so until FT decides to go get it at the SG Post mail center and try and resend it HK Post or offer U a store credit..it seems that FT must go get these rejected items and don't until they get a truckload that needs to get picked up and returned back to FT...then they MIGHT email you and ask if U want a refund or store credit, or but most likely take it upon themselves to try and reship it using HK Post on their next attempt to get it out of China.....currently once again HK Post is the best shipping since SG Post is no longer even an option at checkout now..
I'm using 3 different trackers....and they all give different conflicting status..

Tried a one listed above and it says package received which is more than the singpost link says. Weird. But all good, I didn't order anything I need urgently.
Order placed September 7th, order left FT on September 18th, order sat in HK Post until October 14th. It's finally on American soil on its way to NC from San Fran. Still not at the door, but it really has been a wait. I knew this was possible so I'm not complaining. Just letting you know.... be prepared.
I don't think anybody was prepared for a 6 week wait when the normal shipping was 10-12 days..consider yourself very lucky that your order made it out of China because many shipments have been returned to FT who keeps NOT notifying the customer and just keeps resending them through the same shipper who refused them, rather than offer a store credit or a refund....congrats on making it to US soil..
