Yeah, what AM I making today...?
Well, I already made it - but I goofed. Most likely will be outstanding, lol.

I was whipping up 110 ml of my go-to everyday flavor (yes, 110 mls. I have nice 120 ml bottles). I had tiny amounts left, and new bigger bottles ready to open of two of the flavorings - Bavarian Cream and Acetyl Pyrazine.
You know what comes next, right?

I put most of the Bavarian Cream measurement into the bottle before realizing it was actually the AP. Something like 3 times the AP that my recipe calls for.

So now I'll have an extra-nutty version of my "CreamieRY4".
Like I said - since it's a mistake, I expect it to be outstanding. :D :D :D
Won't know for a while - it needs a 2-week steep.

Made another basic tobacco recipe to test CommercialCig with my DNB/TA Base mix and its not too bad at all straight up after mixing it. I increased TA and DNB to 3% each and added the same amount of CommercialCig.

3% TA - 50% 180grain
3% DNB - Inawera
3% CommercialCig - Seedman

55/45 PG/VG 7mg nic

What is TA?

The other day I mixed up a recipe that is a Like A Sir clone that I have never tried the original on but it looked good.

Like A Sir (clone)
Vanilla Custard 10%
Caramel 4%
Fr Vanilla Deluxe 4%
Butterscotch 6%
Vanilla Swirl 2%

All TFA except the Vanilla Custard which was Capella's. It came out real good and the 15 ml I made is about gone so whipped up a 30 ml bottle tonight.

And then from EcigExpress I made thier Stellar Coffee.

Vanilla Bean 7.5%
Espresso 15%
Irish Cream 15%

I kinda thought this was a bit much on the flavoring, 37.5% but it came out ok. As a shake and bake it almost taste like a candied coffee. Will be interesting to see what its like after a week or two steep.

And the really good thing is I was able to browse thru this thread and get my journal up to date (YAY). :p

The Hangsen flavors I've tried so far would compliment any base I would think. When I tried the Hangsen mild, my first thought was that it would taste great with some vanilla. I have a vanilla recipe that I've been tweaking for a while. I made the tobacco 10ml samples in 15ml bottles, so I grabbed my vanilla and filled the rest of the sample bottle with it just to get a general idea of how it would take to the mild. It's awesome! I don't think I'm the best one to be reviewing though. I am just not good at describing taste lol. When I think strong tobacco flavor, I think bold pipe and cigar flavors. None of the ones I've posted on are that kind of strong. All the ones I've tasted so far are cigarette tobacco, which is more of what I'm looking for. I've been vaping the Win Churchill for the past couple of hours, and I don't see me doing much to it. I think the 5% gives the perfect amount of flavor, and it is the smoothest tobacco I think I've had since I started vaping. I got my flavors from ecigexpress. They're only 1.99. If you like tobacco, go check them out and read some of the descriptions. They are alot better at it than I am. I don't think you will be disappointed if you try some. I'm sure out of the 11 I have that I'm not going to be crazy about all of them, but I'd be willing to bet that even the least favorites, with a little customizing will be great vapes

Went with your recommendation Stacy and made an order from ecigexpress. I picked up some Hansen RY1, RY2, RY3 and Win Churchill plus some Ecigexpress Havana and Vanilla pipe tobacco flavors. Took 6 bottles and measured out 10 ml of 50/50 juice and added 5 drops in each bottle. Wednesday morning I am going into the hospital for an operation and will be there for 8 to 9 days and when I get home and am able to will give a review on those flavors.

Sorry you're having to have sugery. Hope it's nothing major. They all should be good to go by the time you can test them. I hope you like them as much as I'm liking mine. I've had a bad cold for over a week, and today is the first day I've been able to actually taste anything except mint. Didn't feel up to making any juice but I had a sample bottle of FA seven leaves I havent tried yet so I mixed a reo bottle with three quarters 7 leaves and one quarter nicoticket CLS and I like it just as much or even more than my bottle of nicoticket virus. The seven leaves was mixed just like the others. 5% flavor. Im loving it

There is one in the mothers milk clone thread that is fantastic. It's the one with lorann's cream cheese icing in it.If you haven't tried that one,i really reccomend that one.

Beside my usual 50 ml of unflavored, I am playing around with some Hangsen No. 5 today. I have had some interesting results by combining that in a clearo with very small amounts (less than 0.5%) of HS French Ice Cream and NN Patchouli Vanilla. The French Ice Cream mostly just adds some body at very low concentrations, and the Patchouli Vanilla gives it a little bite (I am used to unfiltered smokes, so a little extra kick is welcome for me). Funny thing about the patchouli, it does not taste at all like the smell of the oil people wear, thankfully. The closest thing I can think of to relate it to is the aroma of freshly ground Szechuan peppercorns, with just a tiny hint of mint (not menthol, more like fresh mint).

I also created a mashup of small amounts of HS USA Red, HS RY1, the French Ice Cream, and TFA RY4D, just to empty some bottles for my new batches. It is not bad, but probably not worth pursuing into a real recipe.

Next week I have some FA 7 leaves coming in, so I look forward to messing around with that.

Been fooling around with TA and Seedman's Commercial Tobacco flavoring:

45PG/45VG/10DW/15mg nic; 5 ml test sample

3.33% TA mix {1/32 tsp TA dissolved in 15ml PG}
6.66% Seedman's
1% EM
3 drops Inawera DNB
5 drops TFA PG menthol

This is just outstanding. As good as any of my favorite INW or HS tobacco go-to recipes. Maybe better. :vapor:
