The mod that you have chosen can go up to 85 watts, if you prefer to set the wattage that high. If your plan is to vape above 75 watts, go with the Samsung 20S. Below that, the Molicel P26A may give you a bit more vaping time. But the closer you are to 75 watts, and the more you chain vape, the warmer the Molicel P26A becomes so, because temperature of the battery is what causes a battery to age faster, and also because the difference in vaping time between the Samsung 20S and the Molicel P26A will be tiny if you are close to 75 watts, the Samsung 20S might still be the better option to choose even for those who vape at, say, 70 watts. Lower than that, the Molicel P26A starts to be the clear winner. But in pure terms of battery safety alone, going up to a maximum of 75 watts with just a single Molicel P26A battery is considered fine. Finally, if you never vape above 45 watts on your single 18650 battery regulated mod, then, safety wise, the Samsung 30Q will also be fine, albeit the logic explained above similarly applies, i.e., the Molicel P26A might still be the better option to choose even for those who vape at, say, 40 watts, due to the temperature that the Samsung 30Q might attain while the battery is being used─the faster aging of the battery resulting from it running a tad warmer when compared to the Molicel P26A.

So in a nutshell, to mitigate faster aging, in determining what's the best battery for how a person vapes, I like to subtract about 5 watts from these wattage numbers that tell us how much each one of these three different 18650 batteries can be vaped safely. That is, not "safely", but with relative safety that we find acceptable for ourselves, as there is no such thing as "safe", and there are no hard and fast numbers to determine the safety with regards to our batteries we use for vaping. Please note, these numbers are for a single 18650 battery regulated mod. For a regulated mod that uses more batteries, multiply these numbers by the number of batteries that go inside the mod.

That said, before deciding to go for a single 18650 battery regulated mod, consider the fact that the vaping time you'll get before you need to change the battery is limited by the wattage you vape, and also it is limited by the fact that going for a dual 18650 battery regulated mod not only halves the wattage that gets drawn, per battery, but also it makes the batteries run more efficiently, thereby it more than doubles the vaping time. Finally, it should be noted that there exist some decent dual 18650 battery regulated mods within the same price bracket as the Smok G Priv Baby Luxe. The Smok brand has a bit of a tendency to let people find out the true meaning of "buy cheap, buy twice". (If you mean what I get...)

How about the sony VTC5A?
For regulated mod, the Molicel P26A performs a tiny little bit better than it (due to the vaping time), whereas on a mech, during the first couple of pulls only, the VTC5A hits harder until the P26A catches up real soon and stays above the VTC5A for the remainder of the discharge cycle, albeit neither one of these two cells hit as hard as the Samsung 20S so for mech users the VTC5A has been surpassed by the 20S about two years ago.

Either way, I am going to have to repeat that neither the VTC5A nor the P26A can be considered sufficiently safe for vaping above 75 watts. The OP uses a single battery regulated mod that can go up to 85 watts, and, because the OP has not stated that she will stay under 75 watts, logically you can conclude that everyone who replied except me has been giving reckless advice, when they have no way to tell whether their advice will be putting the OP at risk of serious injury. So, the bottom line is, this thread is a total shame. People who don't know the basics about battery safety because they don't care about battery safety should refrain from posting in threads like these.
