What MG Ejuice did you start at?

I started out with 24..now 24 irritates my throat. I'm comfortable with 18, but I do have a 12 mg in one of my fav flavors that I vape in the mornings. I'm thinkin I will go down to 12 pretty soon, but doubt I will go lower than that!

Started at 24mg 4 months ago tried 18 and 12 but went back to 24mg I have read today about a study where an experienced vapor has to casually vape for 1 hr to egual nicotine blood level of 1 analog

Started at around 12, 18, and 24 when I first started vaping in carties a few months ago, but since I've gained knowledge and moved into the rebuildable and sub-ohm world, I've been dripping 0-3mg juice, sometimes 6mg if I'm looking for a good buzz. I'm a cloud chaser, and dripping any more than 3mg is almost unbearable on a good build.

I smoked one to one and a half packs of camel turkish royals a day and I started at 18 mg of nicotine. I then started stepping down every two week and Im now at 12 milligrams.

After 8 months of vaping, I still find 18 mg works best for me. I started with 18 and 24.

I smoked 1.5 to 2 packs of newports a day. I started with 24 mg nicotine. I quickly found it to be too much for me and now I have a bunch of bottles I have to dilute. I would suggest getting a few different strengths to find out what works best for you.

I started at 18 mg and it made me sick.... I smoked a pack to pack and half a day. I quickly went to 12 mg, and my vaping experience was much better.

I started in the 18 to 24 mg range. That usually was enough to keep me from wanting to strangle people throughout the day. I am now down to 12 and 6 mg with the thought of dropping to 0 eventually.
