i've been vaping (and analog-free) for 3 days now, and although i realize that it's part of my body adjusting to quitting, i can't seem to cure my dry-mouth feeling.

i drink lots of liquids anyway - mostly Crystal Light-type mixes, plain water, tea and juice, but none of these seem to quench it. do you all have any suggestions?

also, i want to get one of those "i quit smoking" banners, but i'm having trouble calculating how many carts i go through a day. because i need different nic levels through the day, i'm constantly switching them. plus, i just refill them when they go dry. so how many carts would you say an average person goes through? would you say that these banners give a somewhat accurate calculation as far as how much money you saved?

I drink plenty of water and crystal light, but it does not help for me, what I did find that helped is called Refresh, it is made by Halls. It is just a hard candy like drop that moistens your mouth....and they taste great:)
It is not a med BTW it is just for dry mouth.
I'm gonna have to pick some of those up before I go to work today. Thanks for the advice thelook.

Pretty sure I read on here recently that a good rinsing out with mouthwash now and then can help cure the cotton mouth. Explanation being that the PG or VG tends to coat your mouth, slowing your saliva production.

So, anything that'll help cut through that coating should do the trick, in particular mouthwash. Sounded sensible enough to me... :)

COFFEE! Mmmmm coffee.... I love coffee... I drink it all day. Do you love coffee? I don't need sugar, or cream, but sometimes like flavored coffee. Starbucks, mmmmmlove Starbucks! Café Macchiato is good. OH! Love Cinnamon Dolce Latte. I like flavors at home too, Hazelnut flavor is good, so is vanilla mocha. Did I tell you I drink it all day? Sometimes I make 2 pots... oh, I need to warm mine up. Oooops, spilled my coffee. BRB, must get another cup of coffee. I like my coffee with cappuccino liquid when vaping. wonder if I have a caffeine addiction, yes, I think I do... Yikes my dog is drinking my coffee...

Maybe it is time for me to switch to decaf? You know that you have a coffee problem if your spouse announces they're leaving you and your first thought is "Ha ha! More coffee for me!" ;)

Dry mouth? What is that?
