Typically in that situation, we'll give them the title of "Resting in Peace"

"Moved on" could be someone that wishes to be done with the forum and has asked to be taken out of the equation. It's not always a bad thing to see "moved on," but I think it's rare that anyone asks to be taken off the roll call. That's harikari!
