what exactly do I need ?

Greetings folks, got a little bit into vaping about 7 weeks ago with a pen style kit from Vapor for Life, and while it is ok it doesn't give the TH or vapor that I am looking for. After doing some digging I want to get the Ego spinner as it has some great reviews but don't know everything I need to get set up.

Need to know what you recommend in terms of number of batteries, charger, juice, cartos/attys, etc.

Also is the only difference in mah the length the battery lasts ? Was think of getting one large and one smaller one that would be a bit more stealthy for at work ?

The Spinner has been getting great reviews. I will be purchasing one myself in the near future. You need a eGo 420 mA charger to go with it. I would buy two Spinners so one can be charging while the other is in use.

Usage time on batteries is approximately: 100 mAh = one hour. If you get the 1,300 mAh Spinner, it should last about 13 hours before it is drained.

You may want to check ECBlend, they have very good juice IMO, and their prices are very reasonable.

Just so you can avoid disappointment, 100mAh = 1 hour vaping theoretically, it depends on a lot of factors; how much you vape, how efficient your device is, etc.

always plan for the worst, make sure you have backups of backups in the end, I even have 3 chargers (2 sitting in a box). we cant just run to the mini mart if something runs out or quits working.......................

I just got a Spinner and I LOVE it!

As it's been said before, you can NEVER have too much juice. Order sample packs from as many vendors as you can. When you find your favorite flavors you can order big bottles of juice.

There are so many different juice delivery systems, ie. cartomizers, clearomizers, tanks with cartomizers, etc.

Chris it is time for a ROAD TRIP!! Somewhere in Chi-Town there has got to be a vapor store you can visit. Nothing beats hands on while someone explains the material to you.

Welcome to ECF first off. If you decide to go with anything make sure the company is dependable. As for refilling juice. I've got a LOT and LOT of EC Blends juice. For the price you can't beat it. Try different sample bottles. $2.50 for a 5ml bottle. WARNING!!!!!!!!!!! The people that suppley their bottles are sometimes very very subpar. The Juice is ok though. Even after I started I've still got at least 4 tanks filled with their juice. (But then I got enough juice to last at least 1 to 1.5 years.) Unless the monkey finds out where I live. Good luck with your decission. I've got more stuff than I can ever use but if something breaks I got backups. If you buy a backup get a backup for the backup. You won't go wrong that way. Please remember when you start vaping to keep yourself hydrated. Drink lots of water. I didn't last night and am paying for it today.

Welcome to the wonderful world of vaping! Let me start by saying I am in no way an expert, but have picked up a few things along the way.

Throat Hit (TH) vs Vapor
In general this is affected by your PG/VG ratio. PG gives more TH, while VG gives better vapor. I'd try a 50/50 mix and adjust from there to your liking. I myself am still experimenting with this.

eGo Spinner
I have a friend who has one and he loves it, so good choice. Be sure to use only the eGo 420 mAh charger with this or it will be damaged. My favorite eLiquid, Irish Mintz, is from MadVapes. They have the best prices I have found, but I have gotten a bottle that did not taste the same so I am trying to find a comparable flavor from a different vendor. Madvapes is also where I get my cartos from. I just put in an order for 20 so I can begin my search for the ultimate liquid!

Yes, basically the higher this number, the longer it lasts per charge.

I have an eGo @3.7V. I find that cartomizers with resistances of 1.5-1.7 ohms for Single Coil and 2.2-2.5 ohms for Dual coil seem to be a good match.

I have a Provari V2. I don't switch devices. I just change the power setting for what's attached to it.

I rarely use batteries anymore. Just a passthru (5v) and a cartomiser. I either plug into a pc or use a wall adapter (or car). That and my juice of choice has kept me away from analogs for over 3 years.

With the mAh, is the timelines people mention actual vaping times ? Thinking that when I go out for a vape it would be five to ten minutes, so doing this ten times during an eight to ten hour workday would only be 100 minutes of vaping, right ? Or are the battery times the amount of time between charges regardless of use ? Probably a dumb question just want to be sure.
