Sure, just three or four ingredients--Flavoring, Nic base (which is just PG or VG with a high nicotine concentration to be diluted - say 48, or 100mg/mL), PG, and VG. I can't speak for Lorann flavors myself, but more than a few people like them. There is a whole DIY section on the forums.
