Let them know and they'll correct any problem within hours.
Thay have the best customer service I've ever encountered.
I order over the weekend and get my order on Tuesday or Wednesday 3000+ miles away using USPS First Class.
Been there already actually.
Basic problem (my fault) was that I entered the street address on the wrong line on their order form, but entered the Suite in the correct line. It got mailed out with a blank street and only the Suite. My fault I know, but I would have thought they would catch it when they were printing it out. Especially since I had to contact them after my order was placed since for some reason on their end the computer didnt print out my order. When I called thier attention to it, they printed it out right away to fulfill it, so it would seem with that personal attention, they would have seen it.
Last I heard they said they just have to wait till the package arrives back to them. Right now it's sitting in Long Beach, CA "Processed through USPS Sort Facility"
Guess I just have to wait... but on the bright side, maybe this will negate the need for steeping time.
