50/50 pg/vg DIY Bavarian Cream at %20 flavor in a 1.8 carto. on a silver bullet with the 18650 battery...as i eagerly await the arrival of the Provari i just ordered a few days ago.
Pure Michigan from MEL. Think I over vaped this before, the flavor almost aggravates me now. Going to try to water it down with some vg this week when I get some and see if dulling the flavor helps.
Vermillion River's Kentucky Vanilla Blend in my DCT right now. Its a tobacco/vanilla...very tasty. 
60/40 mix of Halo Tribeca 24mg and Mt. Baker Vapor Cafe Coffee 80/20 @32mg out of nothin' more fancy than my trusty G6 with LR carto.
Up until recently when I got my Ego-T, I had been vaping Mistic e-cigs (a "gas station e-cig"), so recently, I've been switching between the plethora of flavors that I have from Madvapes LLC - E Cigarettes, Electronic Cigarettes, Vaping Supplies. (Minthol, Menthol tobacco (which is gone now), green apple, raspberry lemonade, black raspberry champagne, grapefruit tart, cheesecake and red velvet cake (also mixed those two together to make red velvet cheesecake). I also have a bottle of key lime from Ready to make the switch? (SO GOOD!). I have a bottle of bacon e-juice (don't judge me; I was intrigued) from The Best US E-Liquid Made | DFWvapor.com, The Best US E-Liquid Made!, but it's awful, so I'm probably not going to use it anymore (tastes like burnt bacon grease, and it makes me feel greasy). I would say that the Minthol is my "all day vape". I bought a 50ml bottle when my 5ml bottle started getting low, because I love it so much. (I was a menthol smoker before I switched to vaping.)
Santa's dirty sack. Oh num num num. Think its my every day vape. I need a bigger bottle of it!

Addendum-As a rule, to cut down on the toffee-like sweetness, I'll usually mix 1 part Espresso w/o Cream, another Ms T's flavor, for every 2 of Coffee.
Cinnamon by : American eLiquid Store (100% PG)
& when I feel like having a cig (I know, I know, but to me at least, the following mixture truly does taste like an actual, yucky, burning cigaboo!)

I'm vaping Berry Blast from my local store, The Vapor Hut. My Lava Fire mod came w/ 10ml of juice, and this one was what I went with. Almost like cotton candy, which is my eventual goal for a juice.
VapeDude's pumpkin cheesecake. It's good! But I can't honestly tell the difference between this juice and pumpkin pie flavored (also from VapeDudes). Good either way, though.
DIY Peppermint, with a hint of jasmine, clove, menthol, and roasted almond (I forgot to rinse out my mix bottle) 
Mt Baker Vapor's Arnold Palmer in one tank, Ahlusion's Sweet Surrender in the other.
