I almost got some vaporgirl juice but it took em 4 days to ship a battery back in april so I was like ehhh might take a week for em to send juice n im a state over. What 's you're exp?
I believe April was when the juice guy was in the hospital with an emergency situation. I do know from their FB page that they have two or three new employees that are mixing juice. I take it that their business has kind of exploded. I've ordered from them several times - they are my primary vendor because, frankly, their juices are the best next to my local All About Vapor and their prices are nice on hardware, always a coupon usually.
When I first started ordering, it took 3-6 days to ship, but now days, it has been more like 1-2. If I do a big order, it takes 2-3 days still, but I always note that there's no hurry unless I'm dangerously low. Victoria, the owner with her husband - the juice guy - Marc, has been VERY nice and accommodating when I have questions or do something stupid. LOL
I figure they have to hand mix stuff and are a growing business so I'm willing to wait. I wait on all the good juices though. Seems like the good ones are always a little backed up, but they are very transparent about shipping times and added staff to help with it. So, I'm cool with waiting.
Each employee has a blog too, it's really cute that they all put themselves out there. I like getting to know each one. The web/social media lady seems like a real gem too.
Okay, more than you asked. I dunno, I like quick service, but I'm willing to overlook delays if it's transparent and they are good folks with good customer service.
