oh please. dont go get all sensitive about it. There are plenty of carto types that dont burn and melt, so I thought, and STILL think suggesting a mod thingy to people to whom cig size is everything, is alittle weird... You make it sound like all cartos are bad.....

ok now i found out why i felt abit like the bloog carts were the emperes new clothes..
Took apart a Boge, a bloog and a kanger softcap...

Cant get a good pic so ill try and write what i found.
Boges "buttplug" ( the metal part that touches the batt and gives the reaction. The one you can adjust if they dont connect), is so long it goes way up the carto... no wonder they have ekstra metal weird taste to them...


BLoog and sc Kanger..... are almost identical. Exact same wick, almost same rubber ring in the bottom. The buttplug is a little shorter on the Kangers.. Ive been saying for months and months that Kanger are better than Boge... and low and behold. Bloog is too... Thats why my old Kangers go so damn well on the bloog batts.....Funny thing is they dont mind VG.. and you have to treat them very badly to get a burned taste....weird....
I think bloogs manu is Kanger and dont get why theyve changed small details, when the K's go so beautifully... Massive vapor right away, good warmth and nice taste...

The soft cap ones. Dont know what ohm they are but they dont need primer puffs, even on reg kr8 batts.. You can tell boge and kanger soft cap cartos apart by looking down the tube.. Boges has metalwire on the wick. Kanger dont...

That's the only reason I use such a tiny PV. I wasn't getting the analog "feel" with eGo stuff, and 510 batteries only last 45 minutes.

It's a bit concerning that we haven't had any real comment from Bloog on this issue. I know it's the weekend, but this thread has kind of 'blown up', and now I'm getting a little worried about what I'm vaping. I'm still not sure what those images are showing as far as 'burnt' areas, but some official explanation would be nice...

I can see i was harsh, .. I wrote the way i did because i assumed he knew he wasnt helping.... If he didnt I appologise.. It provokes me terribly when people push their boxes and mufflers in small pv threads... I turn into Mrs Hulk....

Same-o-same-o. A lot of people think fat bats and mods are the best thing for everybody. One size-fits-all.
They never think people that want super minis might already know (and own) fat bats and/or mods.

We sure learn a lot about ourselves as smokers with these. It's interesting to learn what part of smoking really appeals to you, I never would have guesses that for me it was the holding of it.

well to get back on subject I can tell nothing was melted on the MF i took apart. But the Boge had burnt a hole through the filler.. Didnt even vape it one fill and yes it was saturated, got juice everywhere. Had set it aside cus its wasnt a good vape.... My other MF's are used up so gonna take them apart to..

For me too. The nicotine was a smaller part of it. I just needed something to hold and a pacifier. Long time ago when I was trying to cut down, I used red licorice sticks. Out in public, these look like I'm holding a pen. I don't want to be seen carrying a box with a tube coming out of it. And even the less severe shape of a Riva still can't be held like a cig/pen (I bought one to try, it is collecting dust). Now, whether or not the materials used are questionable still remains to be seen. I wonder how much research/tests have been done before putting them out for the public to use.

I apologize...I didn't even realize I was in a specific place...now I do. The cig affect is what I like best...but the side effects-like batt not lasting..taste FORCED me into mods. Some day there will be a cig type that will offer me what mods do.

Till then I will pay attn. to what sub-forum I am in...LOL Sorry guys...and gals
