What impresses you the most about Smokeless image and why

For me its hands down the customer service


I ordered the 19.99 starter pack for my wife and it didn't come with the USB charger. Within 30 minutes of emailing SI. Heather called me to verify what was wrong put a charger in the mail and sent it to me free of charge.

That my friend is what I call customer service

Since were sitting around tooting the SI horn I thought I'd jump in and tell you what impresses me the most about Smokeless image and what doesn't impress me at all.

Hands down it's the customer dedication, not from SI but from the customers (you and I) to the company, I have a small company myself and to imagine such customer loyalty, customers promoting the company, customers referring SI to new vapors. To me, I am in awe. I want the business plan SI, PM me oh.., good product, Imagine and price helps too.

What doesn't impress me at all? Hasn't happened, nothing. That was just an eye catcher for you to read the rest of my post.

For me, its the complete overall package. Catering to the beginner vapor, Smokeless Image has nearly everything someone new could possibly need.

Quality, cutting-edge yet time-tested hardware. The best 808 and ego-style batteries on the market. All the hardware is compatible with each other. A multitude of battery colors for personalization and wraps for for even more bling. A leader in atomizer devices, offering their own designed clearomizers and CE3's.

The juice department is a little lacking, in my opinion. However, I know Imagine said plans are in the works for a new lineup of juice flavors not far in the future.

Customer service and fast delivery are second to none in my experience. SI stands by their products.

This forum. It is a tremendous resource of information and support, not only from Imagine, but we the vapors. Everyone here is friendly, helpful, and usually knowledgable. It is almost like a family atmosphere. The how to videos at the top of the page are very informative for a new vapor.

Quality Products that you can count on!!! Customer Service that is second to none, up until I had the pleasure of dealing with Rob, Heather and Bryan I thought most all Small Businesses and Large ones too in this country had forgotten what Customer Service was. SI has restored my faith, at least in them that great CS is still possible. When I started Vaping I went the gas station disposable route first and then a Blu kit for $65 then the Smoke 51 starter kit for $90, all of which were a complete waste of money and time but it did prove to me that it might be possible to quit smoking using the "ecig" but as I was just about to throw in the towel I found the ECF and Smokeless Image the same day thanks to JenerationX. She responded to my very first post in the new members forum. I've been here ever since! I would like to add that all of you guys that know and love the SI products and CS take a minute every once and a while and go over to the new members forum and help out the folks that are there looking for answers. Had Jen not helped me I most likely would have just gone back to smoking and I thank her every chance I get for taking the time to steer me to SI. Thanks again Jen....

I don't know about how Ford does in Greece, but the F-150 is the biggest selling pick-up truck in the US and has been for years.

One more thing that impresses me about SI...the loyalty of its customers is amazing.

Ford trucks don't do well in the rest of the world, i was talking about it in youtube and many people agreed.
No one is above the king Toyota hilux the most indestructible truck. Then there is isuzu dmax and a few others.
Trust me when i was working i've seen them all in action in the worst possible places (no roads).

What got me in the door was SI's reputation and its customers (ie. you all). I said this somewhere else; I was about to go w/another company for my first ecig purchase but decided to sleep on it. The next day I did some more research, discovered this forum and Mr Outlaw's vids, sold.

As far as SI itself, the thing impresses me the most is the products. I like the fact they have a wide variety of options and most of them work together. Every one I have bought works great. Also, the fact that SI is a basically a one stop shop for everything I need. They have plenty of stuff for the new user that is not overwhelming. But they also ready for you when you are ready to upgrade.

Haven't had the pleasure to deal with CS yet (knock on wood).

After working in the automotive industry, dealer end of things, for a while (10 years) I can say they all have their strong points and weak points. To me they're just hunks of iron to be used until they break. Hilux hasn't been in the US for years because they rusted out too quickly and Toyota recently had, or may still have, a recall on midsize pick-ups because the frames rust out. I've seen every brand with problems, from Rolls to Yugo and everything in between. Mass production does tend to make that happen. The original line was used in a Ford commercial here in the US a few years back which actually prompted the Ford reference.

I am impressed with Smokeless Image and have been for nearly a year because 1.) Customer service 2.) prices 3.) selection 4.) fast shipping!
More or less in that order but not necessarily. I know with them I am in good hands. If something happens, they'll fix it, or make it right one way or another. The selection is great (love all those colors, but am soooo ready for copper colored X2s!!) and always evolving. I swear they are psychic or something. They always seem to know what people want before they even know they want it! Good job Smokeless Image! And all the best good vibes to all the fine employees and management of their company!!

Actually to my surprise the F series is top seller in all areas, not just trucks by 60k units. I think.


Still i am a honda and toyota person. Found on road dead. FORD. sorry couldn't resist it.

SI has all the hardware a novice to mid lev vaper could want. The CS puts it one step ahead along with Imagine here. They need to give you a raise Imagine. You are worth every penny and more to keep you around.

One word.... simplicity.

I hit the new members forum because I remember being completely overwhelmed and aggravated when I first joined. I'd gotten a kit at a local smoke shop (a 901 I think?) with 2 batteries, an atomizer, and those crappy tasting little cigar tip cartridges. I wanted something better, but didn't want to pick up any of the lavatubes or provaris. This isn't a HOBBY... it's something to replace the cancer stick. I wanted something simple.

Well, now I have the X2s, clearos, cartos, and a Zenesis (which seemed complicated but really isn't).... but on day 1, I wanted something cig like and almost ran for the hills when I saw the pics of advanced gear on the forums. I've been here for a year and I still feel overwhelmed sometimes when people get into this ohm and that wattage etc. etc. etc. Thank God for Steeljan's volt video and the little bit of trust I had to jump in and buy something, or I wouldn't have made it.

Easy to use, good quality, and nice looking. The fact I can upgrade to the X2 and still use all my stuff - big selling point for me. Customer service has been great. The video review that swayed it for me was an Australian one - so shipping down this way would be ok, and partly because she seemed like a normal straight forward reviewer who put things simply. I needed simple.

ECF was a big help too.
